What do you like best about the product?
I like how Canto has been very useful for linking people to the marketing collateral needed. It's great that it allows us to place all materials like images, sales support documents, and more in one place. Another thing I appreciate is that we can send one link and edit the document, keeping the original link valid, so we don't have to resend it to everyone. The layout options are also a plus, with an internal view and a user-friendly view for shared content. The initial setup must have been pretty good because everyone in the department seems to enjoy it and finds it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have made the library a better experience, so that was my only concern before the improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto provides one source for all collateral, supporting easy access to marketing materials like images and documents. The ability to send a single, editable link without needing to resend it adds convenience. The customizable views offer a user-friendly experience for shared content.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly Canto is, thanks to its UX format and layout. It's also very visual, which I like. The search capabilities are fantastic, making it easy to find stuff and search for phrases and words in documents. I find it great for organizing our current version of graphic design materials. Plus, it offers good visibility to other departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the portals in Canto a bit limiting. You can't really control who can see them since it's just public or private, which isn't flexible enough for my needs. Also, important details like version history don't show up, which would be really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto helps organize our current graphic design materials, making them searchable and giving other departments more visibility. The search capabilities allow us to easily find documents by phrases and words.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and setup is really clear, and it makes rolling it out enterprise-wide no problem at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to report—I’ve used Canto across two organizations. When I went through the procurement process at different times, it still came out as the winner across all categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We imported over 10k+ photos that were housed in numerous random folders. Now, we can search by content or by a vibe we are looking for making storage, use, and organization easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The Adobe integrations have been most helpful when creating content. I also appreciate the ability to safely create and share links of specific content with certain parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The load speed has been consistently troublesome. Instead of uploading content and leaving it, I return to see that several uploads failed and I have to restart, or it's so slow that hardly any progress is made at all. I have to then upload a handful of photos at a time, check back, and when it's complete, I return to upload more. When dealing with hundreds of photos, it gets old!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing an archive for our digital content. This allows us to avoid adding thousands of photos into a Google Drive.
