With Akitra, compliance has become less of a burden and more of a strategic asset.
The automated evidence collection and continuous control monitoring via the platform saved us countless hours and ensures we stay audit-ready.
Thanks to Akitra, completing our SOC 2 Type 2 examination process was a success, strengthening customer trust and enhancing our reputation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Akitra was very helpful throughout the entire process. While there are no "dislikes" about Akitra, I would suggest being very thorough in reviewing and updating policies for your own specific environment. This becomes a learning scenario so you know what questions to ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a start up company, we needed to implement a SOC2 compliance program from scratch. Akitra's system is quite comprehensive and makes it easy to get a SOC2 program up and running in minimal time.
Good Integrations, less overhead.
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box integrations which help reduce the manual overhead of collecting this data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations require resource relationship rules which are paid from cloud providers. Should have flexibility to integrate with custom resource relationship capture data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help collect data for SOC2 complaince and navigate the small and big turns in review period.

Akitra platform is awesome and their support is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such. However, it would be great to get more color themes, and some more integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Akitra manages our Security and compliance. That enables us to prove to our customers that their data is safe and secure with us in an environment that's compliant to all the leading standards.

What do you like best about the product?
There tools intergation with our resources and collection of the data automatically helped us in getting PCI compliance. There documentation work is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been good if Akitra would have told us about the minimum vnet/vm and cloud requirements to progress with Azure Certification. Since they would have allready dealt with many clients, they could have help us in Cloud settings too.

Akitra has streamlined the process of Documentation for Security compliances.

Great partner for your SOC2 journey
What do you like best about the product?
Akitra's engagement helps to understand the scope and framework required. The tool helps to plan and track the audit progress and gives clarity on steps to be taken. Akitra's team's engagement on each step of the audit process and expert advice on critical areas help to maneuver through the process seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software tool is not very user-friendly and it is difficult to self-navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Akitra partners with you on your various certification needs. Helps you with best practices in documentation, fine-tuning processes, controls, and audit.
SOC1 Compliance & more made easy with Akitra
What do you like best about the product?
Made my workload go from an estimated 3-4 months to only a month!
Responsive and Helpful:
If there were any roadblocks, my account manager would immediately resolve the issue, if he wasn't available, then the account manager I worked with in a previous year would help out. Even the CEO came out to assist if I had any issues!
Addition of integrations:
At the beginning of my journey with Akitra, there was no integrations for Asana and Jumpcloud, they created integrations within the next few days after informing them that we use them.
Ease of use:
Andromeda was easy to learn and navigate through. If I made a mistake and forgot a file, or update a policy I was able to quickly make edits instead of redo the task from scratch. Akitra made gathering the evidence a breeze. It was very intuitive being select any evidence that could be reused in another spot.
Penetration Testing:
Akitra also offers penetration testing, which my company and I used have used a year prior as well to this year. Akitra made it easy and offers internal, annd external penetration testing. Completely customizable to your enterprise or business. Their support is some of the most helpful people I have needed to collaborate with. They are very responsive and always happy to go the extra-mile in explaining or describing the next recommended steps.

What do you dislike about the product?
Had a few issues with my browser requiring me to clear cache before being able to sign into Akitra's evidence capture SaaS. It was later resolved and I no longer have that issue.
Had a tiny issue with uploading multiple files as evidence, but spoke with a designer responsible for the UI, and they are currently already working on that small grievance. I look forward to using Akitra again in the future.

Akitra made our ISO 2022 certification quite smooth with their user-friendly software and seamless integration support. The intuitive interface facilitated easy navigation and document retrieval, streamlining the entire process. Their exemplary customer support was instrumental in resolving queries promptly and ensuring a smooth experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a comprehensive solution that combines efficiency, user-friendliness, and outstanding customer service for a truly fruitful outcome in the realm of affiliate marketing and ad tech.

None as of now. The ISO process was pretty smooth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an ISO certification is a must for any comanies and is not a very easy certification to achieve. The process of recieving an ISO certification involves several consultants, auditors and security team and Akitra has a good network of both consutants and genuine auditors.

I honestly can’t find anything to dislike about Akitra. Their team was very supportive, and the compliance process was very smooth.
