What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about ZEPIC is how it transforms the way we connect and engage with our brand. It makes digital interactions smoother, smarter, and more seamless, helping us deliver the best experiences to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newbie the learning curve that comes with adapting to new digital solutions was an interesting challenge, however, Zepic ensured my team, and I got the right support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helped solved the blind spots we had as an organization with respect to the customer journey and helped us understand the 360 view of the customer and as a result helped us curate better campaigns to ensure the ideal marketing to customers

What do you like best about the product?
I've been utilizing Zepic with Shopify to sync and segment a large customer database, identify anonymous visitors, and take advantage of custom objects. The combination of Zepic and Zenie's features really distinguishes this product in the market. I've successfully integrated Zepic into two of my e-commerce brands, and the experience has been outstanding. It has significantly improved our brand performance and customer support. The tool is simple to integrate and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zepic is still an evolving tool and hasn't fully matured yet. However, it's already highly effective for 360-degree marketing, and we can definitely leverage its capabilities at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an e-commerce brand, we need to keep customers informed about their orders at every stage, from confirmation to delivery and feedback. With Zepic, this automation has solved that pain point. Additionally, it has anonymously boosted our brand rating in ads.
