Easy Drag-and-Drop Forms, but the New Layout Limits Old Version Compatibility

The fully customisable forms and data handling interfaces.

Some of the UI features are a little clunky and some of the automated emails don't function perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of different forms in different places and Formaloo has helped us to integrate all those different locations into one location.
Intuitive Forms Builder with an Amazing AI Assist
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Formaloo for a number of years. I acquired it through an AppSumo lifetime deal and I'm so glad I did!
The recent updates have made this app an excellent tool. The AI tool was especially amazing! I gave it a detailed prompt, including the questions I wanted in my form, and in a matter of minutes, I had a nearly-complete form. That would have taken me probably hours to format on my own before, so I'm loving the AI assist!
You can use it for applications to private communities (one of the ways I use it), for surveys, for email marketing, for intake forms, and so much more.
I've integrated the forms into my Wordpress website. It works well.
It's easy to get the form results so you can take action on them.
Because Formaloo is intuitive, I haven't needed to reach out to support so I can't speak to that. If support matches innovation, I'd have to assume it's good.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any negatives to offer at this time. Formaloo has always served its purpose well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intake forms, in particular, are of increasing value to serve clients well. To maximize the time serving my clients, having them complete a form ahead of time to help me be ready to meet with them saves us both time.
Formaloo is also a good way to send out proposals to be signed. D and S Designs sends out website and business advising proposals to our clients to be signed. They used to have to print it out, sign it, scan it, and send it back, but now, they can simply digitally sign, improving the speed of communications and productivity.

Complex forms that take less time
What do you like best about the product?
It has made creating nuanced forms much more simple for our club. We used to spend hours finessing Google forms until doing something close to what we actually wanted, but now it takes about half the time to make complex forms that are exactly what we want Formaloo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some more hotkeys for moving form questions around. The way you’re required to download form responses could also use a little work, it’s slightly clunky.

I couldn’t easily make complex forms that would add $ totals within the form using any other software I was familiar with. This made it simple.
Beautiful, On-Brand Forms Fast with Templates and Smart Logic
What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo makes it easy to make beautiful forms and surveys quickly with their pre-made templates and simple form builder. I love the ability to keep everything on brand. And the end user experience is fantastic with their multi-steps and conditional logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say this is a downside, but there are so many possibilities that sometimes I feel I'm not using it to its fullest potential.

Formaloo allows me to quickly build forms and surveys for my own brand and my clients to capture and analyze vast amounts of data, helping me make well-informed decisions for my marketing.

The report charts are not colorful. A better chart illustrations would be good. and able to export the charts in PDF would be good also.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily Formaloo lets us build custom, industry-specific forms and workflows without any technical development. It’s flexible enough to handle customer technical intake forms, supplier audits, and production checklists while keeping data organized and compliant. The automation saves our team countless hours on manual data entry and follow-ups, maintaining efficiency in our operations. I really appreciate how stable and reliable the platform is, even with heavy daily use in our manufacturing environment. The integrations with existing tools help keep data flowing smoothly, and the ability to brand forms professionally makes a great impression with clients. I also find the data security and GDPR compliance particularly strong, essential for our business in Germany. Support is responsive when needed, and the system works reliably day-to-day. The initial setup was straightforward for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and data visualization tools are functional but feel somewhat basic when we need to analyze complex industrial data from production forms and supplier audits. We sometimes have to export results to spreadsheets to create meaningful charts. We’ve also found that some advanced conditional logic can be a bit slow to set up for longer, technical forms, and the user interface isn’t always as intuitive as we’d like for complex workflows. Additionally, while integrations work well, deeper native connections with industry-specific manufacturing tools would make it even more efficient for our team.

Powerful No-Code Apps and Workflows with Flexible UI and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo helps us to create full fledged data driven apps, along with the forms building without any coding knowledge. I also like how effectively I can create forms and link them with the database, and turn them into workflows. Also, their customisation options and logic, along with their Ui flexibility, make this platform very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formaloo is a bit on a learning curve; if we are new to no-code tools, learning might be more complex. Their workflow and automation based on conditional input should be polished further. Advanced features needs to be configured properly in terms of workflow execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo helps me solve the problem of dealing with forms with limitations, and where I can build a form and connect with the database, with no code tools. Instead of just collecting responses, we can structure and analyse the data within the platform only, which is a game-changer in this space.

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Formaloo for forms, and it works great for my agency with multiple clients. I like that it allows setting up sub-accounts, giving each client a private workspace. It's really handy for check-in forms, feedback surveys, and even learning management systems because of how easily you can set up usernames and passwords. The visually stunning forms are a big plus, offering a variety of beautiful styles. I appreciate that you can do one step at a time, making it very engaging and efficient in getting form completions. They have a really robust API and robust conditional logic, which is fantastic for creating an organic user experience. You can dynamically pipe in other responses and create a personalized experience. I love being able to do whatever we want with data through webhooks and integrations like API, Zapier, and even building custom apps to view data as charts or graphs. It's a thorough solution, especially useful for legally binding e-signatures and purchase forms. The form builder is intuitive with a drag-and-drop feature, making it easy to build forms.
Their support has been fantastic for us over the last 5 years as well. I have had myself and my entire team able to reach them easily and get quick resolutions under all circumstances.
We use their forms for everything. If you have a form service like this you will be so much more encouraged to collect data from people and stay organized!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had just a native MCP out of the box. Like, we're in the process of creating our own. Because we do a lot of stuff with, like, clog and agents and stuff like that. That we didn't have to just, like, make API calls, and we'd be able to more easily make, dynamic forms within the agents that we have, Claudine.

Formaloo allows me to easily collect visually stunning data and engage users with step-by-step forms, boosting completion rates.
