What I like best about Formaloo is how easy it is to create customized forms, surveys, and data collection workflows without needing any technical expertise. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, and the platform offers a good balance of flexibility and ease of use. I also appreciate the ability to organize responses, automate processes, and build simple internal tools all in one place, which helps save time and keeps information centralized.

What do you dislike about the product?

Formaloo offers a lot of functionality, but some of the more advanced features can take time to learn and configure. The interface can occasionally feel overwhelming when managing complex workflows, and there are times when customization options require a bit more trial and error than expected. However, these are relatively minor drawbacks compared to the overall value the platform provides.

Formaloo helps us streamline data collection, customer feedback, and internal request processes by replacing manual spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Having forms, databases, and workflows in one platform improves organization, reduces administrative work, and makes it easier to access and act on information quickly. This saves time, increases efficiency, and helps our team make more informed decisions.

Formaloo’s security-first design is its greatest strength for our cybersecurity operations. End-to-end encryption, tiered user permissions and comprehensive activity logs let us safely manage highly confidential client data at all times. The no-code drag-and-drop editor lets our team build tailored assessment forms rapidly without relying on IT developers. Core compliance configurations are simple to implement, helping us consistently adhere to GDPR and NIS 2 regulations while adapting forms to our unique audit and assessment workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform’s advanced reporting functions are too basic for in-depth security audit analysis. There are no native connections to our endpoint monitoring and threat intelligence solutions, so we must manually migrate collected data between systems. Workflow automation options are rigid for complex security processes, and permission controls could be more detailed to lock down access to our most sensitive incident and vulnerability records.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has fully replaced insecure paper records and unregulated email submissions that created compliance and data risk. Formaloo unifies all security assessment, incident reporting and audit tasks on one secure platform. Centralised submission tracking and enforced data protection rules close compliance loopholes, streamline daily workflows and keep every process aligned with UK and European cybersecurity regulations.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me to manage forms, surveys, and response collection in more organized and professional way during daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a Homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for nutrition assessment forms, wellness evaluation, patient feedback, webinar registrations, and lifestyle related surveys. Formaloo was easy to setup and I was able to start using it without much technical difficulty. I use it frequently during week for health awareness surveys, consultation questionnaires, and educational response collection. Features like customizable forms, multiple question types, survey flow, response tracking, charts, analytics, templates, and sharing options are very useful because different wellness projects and educational sessions need different types of forms. I also like that forms can be created in more clean and professional way instead of looking too basic or confusing.

Another useful thing is that responses, charts, and survey data stay properly organized from one place, so checking patient feedback, wellness responses, and educational survey information becomes easier during busy work hours. Logic settings, response management, and form customization are also helpful while creating different consultation and awareness related forms according to different needs. Sharing forms through links for online sessions and social media awareness work also feels smooth during regular use. Performance has been good during my regular work and forms usually load properly on both desktop and mobile. Ease of integration and sharing also feels simple for daily workflow. Overall, Formaloo helps me manage health evaluation forms, educational surveys, feedback collection, and wellness related workflow in more organized, interactive, and time saving way during regular work.

when forms become more detailed with many logic settings, questions, and response sections together, it can take a little extra time to properly organize everything in the beginning. I also noticed that while handling larger forms or checking many responses together, some pages can occasionally feel slightly slower to refresh. It is not a major issue for my regular work, but during busy health survey and feedback management tasks I notice it sometimes. Apart from this, the platform works smoothly for my regular wellness forms and educational survey related workflow.

It is helping me solve the problem of managing forms, surveys, and response collection in more organized way during regular work. I regularly use forms for nutrition assessments, wellness evaluations, patient feedback, webinar registrations, and health awareness related surveys, so keeping responses properly managed becomes much easier from one place.

I have been able to use different types of forms in my business and with my clients, and all of them work great. Most importantly, they are easy to fill out.

Hmm, so far the features work, and the support is functioning, so I don't have any issues.

is allowing me to collect information from customers in an easy and measurable way.

What do you like best about the product?

The greatest part that I have experienced is the extremely quick support. Sometimes I have but only sent an email and I receive rapid response, often in the same day. You can't get any better than that. Pricing is also very attractive. Put those two together then add excellent logic and flow and I have the best performing Client Portal!

What do you dislike about the product?

This is no downside in my opinion. I have yet to have any issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had over a dozen forms that our clients used to submit orders. The problem was that they had to re-enter their personal information over and over. We ended up losing clients. Formaloo is completely solving the integration of a client portal for our clients. It's a one stop shop for them and that increases efficiency and client confidence. It also means less tiem trying to compile invoices as it is all done automatically.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Formaloo to assist the nonprofit I'm part of, and it helps us keep track of client needs and task progress efficiently. I appreciate how it lets us update progress from the form response, making things easier without having to use different forms and documents. I find it really easy to access and use, and I love the form tool that allows me to keep responses up to date as projects progress. The initial setup was simple; I just created an account and got straight to work, benefiting from the drag-and-drop features to create forms, similar to other platforms. As of right now, it does what I need it to do, and I think it's a great platform overall.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wouldn't mind having access to a possible nonprofit account to gain the pro features which could better my forms.

I use Formaloo to track client tasks and update progress easily, without switching forms or docs. It's easy to access and use.

It's easy to use, and it's constantly updated now with a dashboard to analyze your results.

I do client surveys with this, and I can get a lot of data very quickly for my clients

What do you like best about the product?

I love using Formaloo for building event booking forms and gathering pre-event guest information. It enables me to ask questions in a simple, easy-to-follow format and present information clearly. The functionality to export data and download PDFs of completed forms is really useful. I appreciate being able to brand my forms to match other materials, and it's been easy to embed links and personalize them for easy recall. I find it helpful to see how many views the form has had and if any forms are abandoned part-way through. It's really easy and intuitive to use and very competitively priced. For the tasks I've used it for, it's been the ideal tool. The ability to track views and dropped completions and see responses at-a-glance as a table were significant factors for switching from Google Forms for these tasks. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like more info about who has viewed the forms but not completed them. However, I'm not sure how feasible this would be if they don't start to complete the form.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Formaloo allows me to ask questions in an easy-to-follow format, export data, brand forms, embed personalized links, and track form views and completions. It's been the ideal tool for my booking forms and other needs.

What do you like best about the product?

The drag-and-drop builder is genuinely intuitive, I had a polished survey live in under 10 minutes.

The templates are a huge time-saver, and the dashboards turn raw responses into something actually useful instead of just a CSV dump.

The forms look great out of the box without me even having to touch design settings, but after applying my own ideas and mindset, the final result was clear, beautiful, and free of any distractions.

And the fact that it's more than just a form maker is a huge plus, you can basically build whatever you need on the platform, from dashboards to client portals to custom workflows. It's rare to find a tool this flexible without a steep learning curve.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, very little. There's a slight learning curve when you start exploring the more advanced features like conditional logic, but the documentation fills the gaps quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It replaced two separate tools I was paying for (a form builder and a basic analytics dashboard) and cut my setup time dramatically. Recommended.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Formaloo for all of my student onboarding and homework submissions, and it has made submitting homework a breeze and onboarding students quick and simple. It's very user-friendly, which is something I really like. There are lots of nice templates, and I save so much time by clicking on a template I like, adding my branding, and moving on with my day. The initial setup was pretty easy, and my favorite part of Formaloo is the unlimited forms. I switched to Formaloo from Jotform because it's more affordable.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s a little hard to create things from scratch.

I use Formaloo for student onboarding and homework submissions. It simplifies these processes, making homework submission a breeze and onboarding quick. It's very user-friendly with lots of templates, saving me time by letting me just click and add my branding.
