What do you like best about the product?

This tool offers a high level of flexibility and functionality for building forms, and it includes helpful features such as the ability to treat submissions like a custom CRM, among other options like charts

What do you dislike about the product?

Lately, it has been taking longer to load, which affects the user experience. It would be great if this could be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use this app to build forms on my own custom domains, incorporate some flow logic, and benefit from a user-friendly interface. It also helps me enhance how I collect and manage data within the application.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the new AI features in Formaloo, such as the blog topic generator, which helps manage the overwhelming amount of content we can share. It also helps me easily manage the amount of coverage for our different surgeons and departments. Overall, everything works well.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to see some general examples of the different blogs that are generated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Formaloo to manage data on our social media channels, helping with coverage management for surgeons and departments. The AI features, like the blog topic generator, help us focus our content creation, making overwhelming options manageable.

What do you like best about the product?

Form builder is easy to use and publish forms. When forms are set up and working properly, I like the email notifications feature of when forms are completed and our teams are aware of it. The dashboard is easy to use and navigate and their customer service is always helpful when problems arise. I am able to create many form projects like satisfaction surveys and insurance consent forms. I like how you can collect signatures in the forms and how they have almost every form field you can think of when building your forms. Formaloo was easy to integrate within our organization and our forms are used every day.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes there are problems with receiving email notifications after setting up, but their customer service is always helpful to resolve any issues. Periodically they have a limit issue and would always have to contact customer service to resolve, but I wish they resolved this internally so I don't have to flag it myself.

Capability to build any forms we think could be useful and helpful in our organization.

Limited customization restricts tailored branding or complex CRM integrations for SMEs, while overstated marketing leads to unmet expectations in export or innovation tools.

Formaloo addresses key operational bottlenecks like manual data collection, fragmented workflows, and lack of personalization in no-code environments, enabling businesses to automate forms, approvals, and customer interactions efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

So easy to use! Many different types of forms in different formats. Very user friendly and visually appealing - forms look crisp and neat.

What do you dislike about the product?

Cannot think of anything I dislike - it's great!

Survey creation - it's extremely easy to create the survey and add the options needed.
