What do you like best about the product?

I have been able to use different types of forms in my business and with my clients, and all of them work great. Most importantly, they are easy to fill out.

What do you dislike about the product?

Hmm, so far the features work, and the support is functioning, so I don't have any issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

is allowing me to collect information from customers in an easy and measurable way.

What do you like best about the product?

The greatest part that I have experienced is the extremely quick support. Sometimes I have but only sent an email and I receive rapid response, often in the same day. You can't get any better than that. Pricing is also very attractive. Put those two together then add excellent logic and flow and I have the best performing Client Portal!

What do you dislike about the product?

This is no downside in my opinion. I have yet to have any issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had over a dozen forms that our clients used to submit orders. The problem was that they had to re-enter their personal information over and over. We ended up losing clients. Formaloo is completely solving the integration of a client portal for our clients. It's a one stop shop for them and that increases efficiency and client confidence. It also means less tiem trying to compile invoices as it is all done automatically.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Formaloo to assist the nonprofit I'm part of, and it helps us keep track of client needs and task progress efficiently. I appreciate how it lets us update progress from the form response, making things easier without having to use different forms and documents. I find it really easy to access and use, and I love the form tool that allows me to keep responses up to date as projects progress. The initial setup was simple; I just created an account and got straight to work, benefiting from the drag-and-drop features to create forms, similar to other platforms. As of right now, it does what I need it to do, and I think it's a great platform overall.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wouldn't mind having access to a possible nonprofit account to gain the pro features which could better my forms.

I use Formaloo to track client tasks and update progress easily, without switching forms or docs. It's easy to access and use.

It's easy to use, and it's constantly updated now with a dashboard to analyze your results.

there isn't really anything I do not like about Formaloo

I do client surveys with this, and I can get a lot of data very quickly for my clients

What do you like best about the product?

I love using Formaloo for building event booking forms and gathering pre-event guest information. It enables me to ask questions in a simple, easy-to-follow format and present information clearly. The functionality to export data and download PDFs of completed forms is really useful. I appreciate being able to brand my forms to match other materials, and it's been easy to embed links and personalize them for easy recall. I find it helpful to see how many views the form has had and if any forms are abandoned part-way through. It's really easy and intuitive to use and very competitively priced. For the tasks I've used it for, it's been the ideal tool. The ability to track views and dropped completions and see responses at-a-glance as a table were significant factors for switching from Google Forms for these tasks. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like more info about who has viewed the forms but not completed them. However, I'm not sure how feasible this would be if they don't start to complete the form.

Formaloo allows me to ask questions in an easy-to-follow format, export data, brand forms, embed personalized links, and track form views and completions. It's been the ideal tool for my booking forms and other needs.
