What do you like best about the product?

Formaloo makes it easy to build forms without spending much time on setup. The drag-and-drop builder is simple to use, and I like that I can customize forms for different purposes instead of creating everything from scratch. Responses are organized clearly, so it's easy to review submissions and export data when needed. It also offers enough flexibility for surveys, registrations, and feedback forms while keeping the overall workflow straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

The basic features are easy to learn, but some of the more advanced options, like conditional logic and workflow settings, take a little time to understand. I also think the reporting section could offer a few more customization options for users who need deeper analysis.

Formaloo helps replace manual form collection and scattered spreadsheets with one organized system. It makes collecting responses, tracking submissions, and reviewing data much easier. Having everything in one place reduces manual work, saves time, and makes it simpler to follow up on information without switching between multiple tools.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate Formaloo's offline form submission feature combined with built-in GDPR consent tracking. It allows our field IT technicians to collect client data on-site without the need for stable internet, and each form entry automatically saves opt-in timestamps and submitter metadata, which is a standout feature for me. I also find it beneficial that client data is segregated by workspace, making compliance much more straightforward. With exportable structured logs, it directly meets BSI and German data audit requirements, eliminating the need for additional spreadsheet cleanup work.

What do you dislike about the product?

Formaloo’s German-language interface is incomplete, confusing junior technicians without strong English skills. It lacks native EU server-only data residency; we must manually back up all sensitive German client records weekly to meet Schrems II rules. Its built-in templates don’t follow official BSI audit wording, so we rebuild compliance forms from scratch. Bulk audit log exports also lag heavily with large datasets, slowing our quarterly regulatory reporting.

Formaloo centralizes and standardizes our client data capture, ensuring GDPR compliance with offline forms and consent logging. It segments data storage by client, simplifies audit document compilation, and reduces the potential risks associated with scattered paper forms and spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?

Formaloo’s customizable forms work perfectly for our factory equipment inspections and compliance audits. Role-based permissions keep sensitive production data secure and help us stay compliant with GDPR. I also value real-time sharing; field technicians submit entries on the go, and our team gets immediate updates. Automatic data sorting cuts down tons of manual work, and it connects smoothly with our SCADA systems to keep all operational data linked securely.

What do you dislike about the product?

The tool falls short on advanced workflow automation for our multi-step manufacturing audits. Offline mode frequently loses sync at remote factory locations with poor network coverage. The built-in reports are also too basic, lacking flexible customization for our Industry 4.0 equipment performance analysis.

End-to-end encryption, tiered user permissions and comprehensive activity logs let us safely manage highly confidential client data at all times. The no-code drag-and-drop editor lets our team build tailored assessment forms rapidly without relying on IT developers. Core compliance configurations are simple to implement, helping us consistently adhere to GDPR and NIS 2 regulations while adapting forms to our unique audit and assessment workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform’s advanced reporting functions are too basic for in-depth security audit analysis. There are no native connections to our endpoint monitoring and threat intelligence solutions, so we must manually migrate collected data between systems. Workflow automation options are rigid for complex security processes, and permission controls could be more detailed to lock down access to our most sensitive incident and vulnerability records.
