The initial design work, planning the layout/spaces, and organizing forms/data takes time and can be confusing, especially for complex workflows.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Formaloo helps me streamline how I collect and manage information. Instead of using multiple tools for forms, spreadsheets, and follow-ups, everything is in one place. It solves the problem of scattered data and manual work, and the automation features save me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use and the invaluable information you get from it. At DiscoverTitusville.com, we’ve been using Formaloo for several years. It’s essential for gathering information about local businesses and identifying those interested in our services. We have a business owner survey, which goes out once a week as part of your newsletter campaign. Local businesses are asked to fill it out so we can learn more about their business. In the survey, after they have a chance to share information about their products and services we directly ask them if they are interested in a business listing. We also ask them if they are open to other marketing solutions. Based on their responses, we route them into the appropriate follow-up sequences.

Formaloo has also been instrumental in collecting valuable feedback on our newsletter, helping us keep subscribers active and engaged. We know Formaloo can do even more, and we’ll continue expanding our use over time. For now, it’s been a game changer for discovering new businesses.

There is so much it can do, it's sometimes hard to break away from playing with the possibilities or adding to what is already working well.

What do you like best about the product?

I h ave been using the software for years. It has evolved to version 3 which is a lot more intuitive. I was not able to use it much on the previous version, but right now it is the best. It works and it has the best support team behind. On each question they find a solution. They try to listen to what you are telling them and they do not treat you like just another customer with a strange question. Right now i am using it very often on my everyday work and i am making all the contact forms for the websites i manage through them. It is very easy to integrate to my existing websites and it is very easy to use as well. You might need to work it a little bit to get the logic behind but it is really worth it. It is very easy to implement it.

What do you dislike about the product?

noting, i am a huge fan. I have been using heavily the tool and i am satisfied.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using static website builders that do not have developed the contact forms properly and formaloo is solving this area perfectly, in addition to the creation of the portals.

What do you like best about the product?

Formaloo is easy to use and very simple to set up.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I have issues logging in, I may have to log in twice before I can log in successfully.

It is easy to gather data from clients, this keeps all information together and easy to access when needed.
