Effortless Form Building with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Form builder is easy to use and publish forms. When forms are set up and working properly, I like the email notifications feature of when forms are completed and our teams are aware of it. The dashboard is easy to use and navigate and their customer service is always helpful when problems arise. I am able to create many form projects like satisfaction surveys and insurance consent forms. I like how you can collect signatures in the forms and how they have almost every form field you can think of when building your forms. Formaloo was easy to integrate within our organization and our forms are used every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems with receiving email notifications after setting up, but their customer service is always helpful to resolve any issues. Periodically they have a limit issue and would always have to contact customer service to resolve, but I wish they resolved this internally so I don't have to flag it myself.

Capability to build any forms we think could be useful and helpful in our organization.

Formaloo helps me streamline how I collect and manage information. Instead of using multiple tools for forms, spreadsheets, and follow-ups, everything is in one place. It solves the problem of scattered data and manual work, and the automation features save me a lot of time.

Ease of use and the invaluable information you get from it. At DiscoverTitusville.com, we’ve been using Formaloo for several years. It’s essential for gathering information about local businesses and identifying those interested in our services. We have a business owner survey, which goes out once a week as part of your newsletter campaign. Local businesses are asked to fill it out so we can learn more about their business. In the survey, after they have a chance to share information about their products and services we directly ask them if they are interested in a business listing. We also ask them if they are open to other marketing solutions. Based on their responses, we route them into the appropriate follow-up sequences.
Formaloo has also been instrumental in collecting valuable feedback on our newsletter, helping us keep subscribers active and engaged. We know Formaloo can do even more, and we’ll continue expanding our use over time. For now, it’s been a game changer for discovering new businesses.

There is so much it can do, it's sometimes hard to break away from playing with the possibilities or adding to what is already working well.

Hands down the best customer support evern experienced
What do you like best about the product?
I h ave been using the software for years. It has evolved to version 3 which is a lot more intuitive. I was not able to use it much on the previous version, but right now it is the best. It works and it has the best support team behind. On each question they find a solution. They try to listen to what you are telling them and they do not treat you like just another customer with a strange question. Right now i am using it very often on my everyday work and i am making all the contact forms for the websites i manage through them. It is very easy to integrate to my existing websites and it is very easy to use as well. You might need to work it a little bit to get the logic behind but it is really worth it. It is very easy to implement it.

noting, i am a huge fan. I have been using heavily the tool and i am satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using static website builders that do not have developed the contact forms properly and formaloo is solving this area perfectly, in addition to the creation of the portals.

Sometimes I have issues logging in, I may have to log in twice before I can log in successfully.

It’s super simple to build forms and small apps without needing to know any coding. The drag-and-drop setup saves a lot of time, and I like that they already have templates so I don’t have to start from scratch. Sharing with teammates is also smooth, and the dashboard feels clean and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a little limited when I want to tweak the design or do something more advanced. Handling big datasets can also feel a bit slow. Setting up integrations can be a bit confusing the first time too.

What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo gave me a ton of features that Google Forms and other sites just did not have the capability to do. It's easy to use and intuitive. They also have a ton of helpful FAQ pages to make trouble shooting a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form is sometimes a little slow to load when working on it, but this could've been because I had a lot of components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The form capabilities, the ability to create if statements within the form to make it much more dynamic.
