Efficient Analysis Tool, Needs Improved Customization

    Reviewed on Aug 13, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I’m Iuchs Veasman, Financial Operations Coordinator at Prime Peak Financial Group. What I appreciate most about Conversation Insights Agent is its capability to automatically identify recurring pain points hidden inside meeting transcripts and open feedback collected from Iterate. Before I adopted this tool, I needed to read every comment one by one, and I often overlooked subtle but widespread issues. During our quarterly period-end close review several months ago, I manually sorted feedback and only noticed obvious file-sharing delays, missing repeated confusion about expense cutoff timelines. After I uploaded all the same data into Conversation Insights Agent, the platform quickly grouped scattered remarks and showed the frequency of each problem. I also love that I can import bulk transcripts and Iterate survey responses without heavy pre-reformatting. It organizes all insights into intuitive themes, and I can trace each trend back to original team comments. I do not have professional data analysis experience, yet I can gather solid evidence to build reports for management. Instead of spending multiple afternoons buried in text sorting, I can devote more energy to tracking financial projects, coordinating cross-team handoffs, and rolling out targeted workflow improvements to reduce operational delays across our finance team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several obvious drawbacks when I use Conversation Insights Agent alongside Iterate and Microsoft Excel. To begin with, there is no way to save custom finance-focused theme templates. The AI generates generic labels, so I must constantly reclassify entries into our internal terms like reconciliation delays and document routing issues. When processing feedback for the monthly reconciliation review recently, the tool merged multiple unrelated workflow problems under one broad theme, and I spent hours separating them, which delayed my improvement report to leadership. Besides, the export options are rigid. The outputs cannot directly fit our company’s standard Excel report layout, forcing me to copy data and rebuild tables repeatedly. Most importantly, there is no native connection with Iterate. I have to manually export survey data and upload files every cycle. On one busy week, I forgot to upload a batch of Iterate feedback and had to redo the whole analysis overnight. Our small firm has no IT staff to build custom integrations. If the platform supported saved custom theme libraries, adjustable export templates and direct sync with Iterate, these repetitive manual tasks would be greatly reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Conversation Insights Agent, I relied only on Iterate and manual sorting in Excel to process team feedback. During the quarterly operational review three months ago, I spent three full workdays reading hundreds of open-ended comments. Even after all that effort, I missed consistent complaints about unclear document validation steps, which meant we postponed updating our standard operating procedures for weeks. This tool directly solves the inefficiency and blind spots of manual qualitative analysis. I upload meeting transcripts and feedback exported from Iterate, and the platform automatically mines recurring operational bottlenecks. It helps me generate structured evidence to support process adjustment proposals presented to leadership. Although I still face hurdles such as missing Iterate integration and limited formatting options, it drastically cuts down hours of tedious reading and sorting work. I now have more spare bandwidth to monitor project milestones, coordinate task handoffs between teams, and ensure daily financial operations stay on schedule without constant overtime on feedback analysis.

Empowers QA with Seamless Insights and Automation

    Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Conversation Insights Agent to analyze customer conversations at scale, which helps me replace manual call sampling with a broader view. The natural-language queries and AI-generated summaries make it faster to find patterns without predefined keywords. I especially like the ability to ask questions in plain language instead of building complex keyword searches or reports. The AI analyzes every interaction, surfaces emerging topics and sentiment shifts, and automatically scores calls with links to the evidence. This makes the insights more actionable for coaching and quality management. The automated quality scoring helps identify coaching and compliance gaps, letting us achieve consistent and actionable feedback across 100% of conversations. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main area I’d improve is giving users more control over how AI-generated scores and insights are tuned for different teams, customer segments, or quality standards. The evidence links are helpful for validating scores, but clearer confidence indicators and easier ways to adjust evaluation criteria would make it simpler to reduce false positives and keep automated scoring aligned with our specific QA process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conversation Insights Agent to replace manual call sampling with automated analysis, surfacing call drivers, sentiment shifts, compliance gaps, and agent performance issues. It saves time by eliminating the need for keyword rules or complex reports, making insights more actionable.
