What do you like best about the product?
This software allows us to respond to customer complaints as soon as they are made. We have found that customers are more likely to give us another chance to impress them if we respond to them and resolve their situation immediately.
It's easy to use and very easy to implement because it's cloud hosted.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a downside. It's pretty terrific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me resolve customer complaints and retain customers I might otherwise lose.

User friendly and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that customerAngle is user friendly and is easy for all users regardless of their technical ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit hard to customize features

It allows for me to better access customer information efficiently and to train others better.
