Great work
As part of a major video/audio content labeling project, we determined an urgent need to onboard additional resources to support the tasks at hand. Having identified this vendor as one that could potentially meet our complex needs, specifically the ability to identify and label content across 11 languages, as well as quickly onboard, train and scale their workforce to use our custom designed labeling tool, we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency displayed from our first interaction and all throughout our subsequent partnership. The team worked closely with us to execute within a tight timeline, working with precision, speed and scale while simultaneously ensuring the required communication to help us manage costs in near real-time. By the end of the project we were very satisfied with the overall quality of the work delivered.
