Supports 100+ languages and is designed to handle on the fly language switching

What do you dislike about the product?
Compared with Google Cloud / AWS / Microsoft, Gladia has fewer unique enterprise integrations.Independent benchmark coverage is smaller than for AssemblyAI / Deep gram / Google. A bit complicated vendor reliance & limiting customised needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gladia is an AI tool that quickly turns audio or video into text, translations, and summaries in many languages, is easy and affordable for developers.
                        
                            Does Gladia AI Delivers Accurate Transcriptions?
What do you like best about the product?
Gladia AI impresses with its speed and transcription accuracy. The platform is extremely user-friendly—you simply upload an audio or video file, and within seconds, you receive a clear, well-organized transcript. I especially appreciate how easy it is to get started; there’s no need for a complicated setup or integrations. Additionally, I’ve noticed that if the transcription is incorrect at first, it often takes just a few seconds for the system to correct itself and provide the right result.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish there were more generous free usage limits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gladia AI helps automate transcription and note-taking, saving hours every week. It eliminates the need for manual typing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use for audio and speech processing. The platform makes tasks like transcription and voice analysis really straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the results aren’t 100% accurate, especially with noisy audio. Also, advanced features can take a bit of time to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps save time on manual transcription and makes audio processing much easier. Using Gladia speeds up my workflow and improves efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Gladia provides a highly accurate real-time speech-to-text solution for high volumes of support and service calls. Latency is low and accuracy high, even for numericals. We've appreciated the quality of support across pre-processing, post-processing, and model optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note. We've appreciated their expertise and customized support.

Very easy to integrate, always responsive and attentive support, and top performance in French.

a document not always up to date, a live transcript not great on the phone, a custom vocabulary not respected enough

                            In less than a day of dev work we were able to release a state-of-the-art speech-to-text engine!
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, their S2T engine works great. We have tested it across many many languages (we work with commentators in pro sports around the world) and have found great accuracy even with custom fields such as team names, player names, etc. We have never come across any sort of hallucination. Extending translations is extremely easy with the API, which is by-the-way really well documented, with a direct link with the support team through slack. Pricing is also very competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say in this section! In the future I'd love to have a search-engine inside Gladia, so that we don't need to manage that internally :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a media platform made for professional sport teams, leagues and federations. We use the result of speech-to-text from Gladia to further index and classify content automatically. We also allow users to clip footage burning subtitles in automatically.

- The back office of their solution lacks monitoring features (even if you can retrieve anything from their API).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are transcribing call recordings that we display in our internal app our Quality Department Agents are using to review our Sales Agents work.
These transcription are also used to perform automatic script verification using arithmetic validation or by prompting LLMs about some parts of the transcription.

Solid Speech to text API service
What do you like best about the product?
API is simple to get up and running. The team is supportive on slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online portal for managing or debugging lacks some features like searching by link. Also resposne times are a bit slower than others.
