What do you like best about the product?
We like that it limits human interaction during our day, and it helps us retrieve our information more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we have questions about the task, we still need to communicate with one another to clarify things and stay aligned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get things done quickly and makes our workflow more streamlined.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with abandonment rates for our agents...helps bring in payments after hours and handle some situations like updating demographic and insurance information in our systems, asking for itemized statements, requests that we want to keep away from agents so that they can focus on the more intensive calls.
