Effortless Multichannel Campaign Automation

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of channel activation in Braze. It's so easy to activate multichannel experiences and do a multichannel journey map.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience when you have a long attribute name is frustrating because it cuts off. There should be a hover over option so I can see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for campaign selections and automations, simplifying campaign deployment and execution. It makes it easy to activate multichannel experiences and create a multichannel journey map.

Braze Makes Marketing Orchestration Easy and Enjoyable

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Braze since the app boy days and i've purposely taken on new employment because i know the company uses Braze for their CRM.

Braze makes marketing orchestration really easy, from canvas to the drag and drop email editors, campaigns and journeys can generally enjoyable to set up.

The CSM are also really helpful, assisting with campaign set up and also informing us of new releases or features that would be good for us to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additional features come at a cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently going through a phase of getting more and usable data points/attributes to use for personalsation and segmentation, this will allow us to create meaningful and impactful campaigns and journey

What do you like best about the product?
I think probably the ease of use. It's just super intuitive. I don't have to rely heavily on other programs since Braze is effective on its own.

Braze is a powerful tool that helps us manage communications, build campaigns, segment audiences, and create AI-generated content. It's super intuitive and reduces reliance on other programs.

The strong support team and the platform’s ongoing innovation, with new features being rolled out consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze very easy to use, thanks to its great journey mapping interface and user-friendly design. The integration with email design platforms allows for seamless syncing. I also appreciate its dynamic capabilities, offering endless opportunities for personalization using rich data, custom attributes and canvas context. It's easy to pick up the skills and pass them on to new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the elements used in journeys are a bit fiddly. I also wish there was an option to turn on auto-save.

Braze is easy to use, offers a great journey mapping interface, and integrates with email platforms for seamless syncing. It simplifies skill transfer to new team members and allows endless personalization opportunities with rich data and custom attributes.
