Crowdhandler helps us handle extreme traffic surges during event onsales, when millions of customers try to buy tickets at the same time. It’s been essential for keeping things running and helping us get through those peak moments.

Exceptional Support and Stress-Free High-Traffic Management

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement with excellent support from the Crowdhandler team throughout the setup and to hold our hands through the pressure moments (i.e. the pressure sales). Went the extra mile to help integrate/tailor a solution to our needs. Really useful tools and features during pressure sales to monitor the effect of volume on the server and control accordingly through the admin. Certainly saved us the stress and pain of having crashed sites to deal with during critical moments. Also really like the transparent pricing plans and ability to move up and down as required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of any downsides at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdhandler has allowed us to control the flow of traffic through our sites during limited edition sales to prevent our websites crashing.

CrowdHandler: Reliable Traffic Management and Seamless Integration for Event Launches

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple, reliable, and did exactly what we needed during several major event launches. Our site caps around 1,000 concurrent users, and CrowdHandler handled everything above that limit smoothly. Setup through Cloudflare Edge Workers was quick, and support from Jake and his team was excellent. The custom waiting room template integrated cleanly into our site and gave users a smooth queue experience during peak demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their Standard plan tier included IP whitelisting. It would make it easier to exclude internal staff and partners from the queue during testing and launch monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CrowdHandler to manage heavy traffic spikes during sports housing event launches. Before this, we relied on Cloudflare’s built-in waiting rooms, which only covered a single page and created a clunky experience for users. With CrowdHandler, we can cover our entire site, control capacity, and maintain performance even when thousands of users hit our booking system at once. It’s been completely reliable and has made our launch days stress-free.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how reliable and smooth CrowdHandler handles high-traffic events. Even during intense product drops, it keeps our site stable and gives customers a fair waiting room experience. On top of that, the support team is outstanding – always friendly, fast, and super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we’re really happy with CrowdHandler and everything has worked perfectly for us. The only small downside is the fairly big jump between the different plans. It would be great if there were some more flexible options in between — but the value we get from the product and support still makes it absolutely worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdHandler solves the challenge of handling massive traffic spikes during our product drops. Without it, our site would be at serious risk of slowing down or even crashing. With CrowdHandler, we can keep everything stable, ensure a fair queue for our customers, and create a smooth overall experience. This not only protects our sales but also builds trust with our community, since customers know they’ll always get a fair chance to participate.

What do you like best about the product?
CrowdHandler was very useful for our product launch, so we don't lost customer because of too much traffic for our site. The support is very helpful if there are any problems with setup or some question. I can recommend CrowdHandler!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to set up (incl. the custom template), but support was quick to help.

I would prefer like daywise pricing instead of (or in addition) monthly. We would use it more often for small products launches if we can pay daily (the high traffic is only a few hours after launching the product, so paying the whole month is too much for us).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our site can't handle high traffic on product launch days, so CrowdHandler is useful for queuing the people and don't crash our site.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up a queue to protect our website during busy traffic spikes. Plus knowing the queue will adapt to support the volume of customers hitting the site with minimal user intervention required. We have busy onsales most weeks of the year, so it was well used and tested platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to take it forward with our new website - thank you for all the support over the past few years!
