What do you like best about the product?

I really like the AI search function in Superhuman Mail, as it helps in triaging, searching, cross-referencing, and creating comprehensive responses. Additionally, I enjoy the AI-drafted emails feature. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, making it easy to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have issues with the search functionality, especially when it comes to older emails. My inbox goes back at least ten years, and accessing the archive in Office365 would be a helpful improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Superhuman Mail for triaging, searching, cross-referencing, and creating comprehensive responses with AI. The AI search function helps.

What do you like best about the product?

All of the seamless integrations that allow me to work from ONE window! I can setup calendar meetings, share availability, set reminders for myself, as well as reply to emails, drafts, etc all in the same place. Saves bandwidth on my computer, my desktop, and my brain!

What do you dislike about the product?

I have had some challenges integrating to Microsoft. The majority of my work and emails are through Google/GMail. I wish the Microsoft had all the same tools/accessibility.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a Freelancer. Before Superhuman - I would manage multiple email addresses, and multiple projects in different places. Now, they are all in ONE window, with sorted tabs. My project management is much stronger, as I can focus on one tab at a time, check in, set reminders for myself, send calendar invitations... all in one place. I don't worry about emails falling through the cracks because it's so organized! The calendar, news, and docs tabs that are AI generated also clear out my inbox to keep the content I actually need at the forefront, and then I can refer to those tabs to find links and files more quickly!

The hours I get back in my day and the peace of mind between projects is well worth the subscription cost of the program. While there was a learning curve at the beginning, their onboarding training and shortcut tools made it easy - that now, I find I'm using those shortcuts in other programs by behavior - and frustrated they don't work everywhere!!

I use Superhuman Mail for both my personal and work email. I love how it helps me never forget to respond or follow up on an email by treating my inbox as a 'now' or 'later' problem using the reminder features. This keeps email threads moving until the task is completed. I find the keyboard shortcuts and built-in calendar integrations particularly valuable. When I'm in Superhuman, I basically never have to use my mouse because shortcuts guide me through my entire inbox, and I can send calendar invites at the touch of a button. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The mobile app still needs some work. It's kind of a tricky situation because of how keyboard driven the desktop app is, but the mobile app isn't always the most intuitive.

Superhuman Mail helps me remember to respond and follow up on emails, treating my inbox as a 'now' or 'later' task. The keyboard shortcuts and calendar integrations mean I never need to use my mouse, making email management efficient.

maybe the label distribution is not as clear as gmail

I love how Superhuman Mail makes going through my email so much faster and it is so efficient. I love all the shortcuts, which make things faster. I really appreciate the snippets feature because it helps me respond quickly, especially since the information I provide to clients is often repetitive. It's great being able to copy and paste over long periods, using the same language with new clients because it’s the same information. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, I don't remember it being difficult at all. Also, I used to manage my email with Google Workspace and HoneyBook, but now I prefer responding to clients in Superhuman Mail because it's more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would love to get to the point where I can use my voice to start writing emails and also controlling the shortcuts. I think that would be really great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman Mail makes going through my email so much faster and efficient. I love the shortcuts and snippets for responding to repetitive client queries. I also use it to organize my emails into different inboxes and tagging my emails.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the keyboard swipe shortcuts and the options to delete or archive all emails underneath. These features make managing my inbox much easier. Plus, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was super easy, definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish the AI was cheaper so that I can continue using it since I just don't have the budget. Also, the ability to manage multiple inboxes needs more thought. I want a unified inbox, but also want to see if I'm double subscribed on different emails.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I get through many emails quickly and keep track of them with Smart Search, AI features, and organized labels and archive.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Superhuman is how it lets you collaborate with your team around any email message in one place. You can add mentions to bring other people into the conversation, and it helps ensure you don’t miss anything.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t like that I can’t use it on my Linux computers the way I can use it on my Mac.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman makes team communication around email much better. In the past, we had to send Slack messages with screenshots of an email just to discuss it or refine what we wanted to say. Now I can request help directly, or assist someone else, without all that extra back-and-forth. I can also set reminders and manage everything with powerful keyboard commands.

Having all my accounts and calendars in one cohesive place and triage emails

I can organize the chaos so that things can be easily triaged.

Sometimes, on mobile, my emails don't load as fast as I have gotten used to. This is almost always an issue with my phone, not Superhuman, but still disruptive to the experience.

I'm able to create rules very easily to surface the right emails and archive the rest.
