Fast, Stable, and Intuitive—A Real Time-Saver
Reviewed on Jul 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness of interface, stability, speed of processing, good offline capabilities, keyboard shortcuts, easy to figure things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricy, but with sufficient email volume / time saved, clearly worth it. Also, resource usage (esp. memory) could be improved I believe, on both MacOS and iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to quickly go through my email, prioritise, make sure important stuff is followed up. Superhuman + habits it helped me instill (during onboarding, now maybe 5y ago) allow me to feel on top of my email almost all the time.

Blazing-Fast Email Triage with Split Inbox, Snippets, and Smart Send Later
Reviewed on Jul 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The speed is the whole point, and it delivers. Once you commit to the keyboard shortcuts and stop reaching for the mouse, triaging email gets dramatically faster. Split Inbox is the feature I'd miss most if I switched away; separating VIPs, calendar, and news from everything else means I actually see what matters first. Snippets save me from retyping the same replies, Send Later with the built-in "cancel if they reply first" logic is smarter than it sounds, and Undo Send has saved me more than once. The newer AI additions — Auto Labels, Auto Archive, and AI-drafted replies in my own voice — have cut down the manual sorting noticeably. It also works across both Gmail and Outlook, and the native desktop apps feel like real software, not a browser tab.
On top of the product itself, the Superhuman team is genuinely responsive and helpful — they ship regular updates with new features aimed at getting through the inbox even faster, and it's clear they're actively improving the experience rather than letting it stagnate.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price is hard to ignore - it's several times what most email tools cost, and if you don't live in your inbox, you probably won't get your money's worth. There's a real learning curve at the start; the first week or two of forcing yourself onto shortcuts is genuinely slower before it becomes faster. And because so much of the value is in muscle memory and workflow, it's the kind of tool you have to fully commit to for it to pay off - dabbling won't cut it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves inbox overwhelm and the time drain of email. I handle a high volume of messages daily, and the combination of keyboard-driven triage, split inbox prioritization, and AI auto-sorting means I get through my inbox in a fraction of the time it used to take. The follow-up reminders make sure nothing important slips, and the overall effect is that email stops being the thing that eats my morning.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Superhuman Mail is to use. I love the shortcuts, and once they are ingrained, they become second nature. It saves me a lot of time because I'm able to jump between emails, respond, and save them for later with ease. The split inbox feature helps me sort what I need to review now versus later. The AI functionality is amazing because it helps me respond quickly with drafts in my own voice. I also appreciate how quickly and efficiently I can manage follow-ups compared to other inbox providers. The initial setup was very easy with an onboarding call where the team walked me through the shortcuts in a hands-on and helpful manner.

I use Superhuman Mail for sorting with the split inbox, AI for quick responses, and managing follow-ups efficiently versus other providers. It saves me time, lets me jump between emails with ease, and helps prioritize what to review now versus later.

Efficient Email Management with Some Mobile Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I use Superhuman Mail to manage my emails efficiently, especially when handling large volumes of correspondence quickly. I love the new feature that automatically drafts emails. I use it to switch between different email accounts and I'm starting to use it for calendaring. It's really a great tool. The initial setup was totally easy, a child could do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the email is in a thread, and it's nearly impossible for me to figure out how to reply to a partiular thread from my mobile phone. Also very difficult not to reply to all from my iPhone when I just want to send to one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to manage my emails efficiently, especially handling large volumes quickly. I love the feature that automatically drafts emails, and it lets me switch between accounts easily and start using calendaring.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Superhuman Mail. On mobile, I really like the tap-to-talk-to-the-AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to have more of a conversational relationship with the AI and with Superhuman Mail in order to get through my email. So I'd like a workflow that starts with seeing I have a ton of email and then talking to Superhuman to start whittling down that email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Superhuman Mail solves organizational, workflow, and scheduling problems, allowing me to get through a lot of emails quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Superhuman Mail helps me get through my email quickly. I like the reminders function so that I remember to get back to certain emails. I also like the AI function for search and writing emails, and I love the snippets. It saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drafts aren't great. I don't use them very often because I think they're often irrelevant, and it doesn't know what it's answering. Also, nobody else from my team wants to pay for it, and I'm not paying for my team to have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail helps me get through my email quickly, reminds me to follow up on emails, assists with AI functions for search and writing emails, and I love using snippets.

Boosts Email Efficiency with AI-Powered Features
Reviewed on Jul 10, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Superhuman Mail for email management and intelligence, especially the 'ask AI' and 'write with AI' features. The keyboard-driven UX on desktop is a standout, making it easier to switch across email accounts and manage them efficiently. I love the custom labels and split inboxes, which make triaging emails straightforward. The ability to gain context quickly and find past interactions without needing to use the mouse or switch apps significantly boosts my speed and awareness when handling emails. The setup was always good, which was a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't stand the fact that you can’t widen the viewing pane beyond a certain point. I also find it takes a lot of desktop resources and slows my machine a lot. I wish I could poll all accounts at once because sometimes I have context in other mail accounts that are in Superhuman Mail but siloed. Also wish I could triage via voice when driving and on the go. It would be nice to have an assistant/orchestrator; the AI lane is that in some ways, but it’s not a great multitasker. My team doesn’t like Superhuman Mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail manages email overload across multiple accounts. It speeds up my workflow by providing context quickly without switching apps, thanks to features like AI assistance and keyboard-driven UX.

Efficiency booster with keyboard shortcuts
Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the efficiency of Superhuman Mail. There are no unnecessary buttons, as everything operates through keyboard shortcuts, which greatly speeds up the work. I find the automated snippets and pre-written emails particularly efficient, as they work much better than any manual draft. I can work with text modules and automatically send certain recurring emails with predefined recipients and subject lines. This efficiency greatly simplifies my workflow, and setting up Superhuman Mail was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the clarity of all the functions could be presented a bit better. Because the work and the inbox are very much in the foreground, and all the other options and settings are a bit hidden, I'm probably not getting everything out of Superhuman that I could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail organizes my cluttered mailbox perfectly, allows for quick marking of unimportant emails, and efficient processing with keyboard shortcuts, which significantly reduces my response time.

Fast Email Workflow with Very Few Taps
Reviewed on Jul 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and very FEW taps to do the same thing as other email inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I forget about features or I don't use something that would be saving me taps/clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triage. I see important mail faster and respond quicker to VIP clients and VIP co-workers. Likewise, non-important stuff I snooze for later and I don't feel like I'm missing anything important.
