What do you like best about the product?

Efficient and easy to use, with a simple UX/UI and genuinely helpful features. I especially like the integrated calendar, the AI tools, the voice AI, and the scheduling options.

What do you dislike about the product?

Maybe more integrations with Asana. Pricing is ok, but could be cheaper

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time when organising emails and helping to sort through many emails, have several inboxes easily reviewed, save time when using AI for writing emails

What do you like best about the product?

I like Superhuman Mail’s intuitive interface, and it’s easy to use. There was a bit of a learning curve, but now the shortcuts make it simple. I use shortcuts to generate replies or mark replies as done, and I find the auto-replies helpful. Labels help me stay organized and keep track of messages, follow-ups, incoming emails, and my next steps. When I email clients, I like being able to add my availability and figure out meeting times. It helps me respond faster and provide a better customer experience. Setup was really easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The shortcuts took some time to get used to, and I think it may not be for everyone. Sometimes the AI features are a little finicky: rewriting a message in my voice doesn’t always work, and the formatting can be an issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman Mail helps me stay incredibly organized, keep track of all my messages and follow-ups, and generate auto-replies, which I find really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Superhuman Mail every day for my work and personal mailboxes. It makes responding to emails more efficient, and I can get through more emails faster. It produces drafts and follow-ups, and I use it to write, rewrite, and enhance my emails. I like the speed and quality of the emails it produces, especially that its AI writes in my voice quickly and efficiently and has learned how I respond over time. The initial setup is efficient, linking mailboxes is easy, and having each mailbox in its own tab makes it easy to look at everything. I’ve recommended Superhuman Mail to multiple friends and colleagues, and I think it’s an outstanding tool.

Superhuman Mail makes responding to emails incredibly efficient, so I can get through my email and do a lot more faster. It produces drafts and follow-ups in my voice and helps me write and rewrite emails.

What do you like best about the product?

Using Superhuman on my computer is great, quick and efficient. Keyboard short cuts make not using a mouse easier and quicker. Cuts down on RSI and carpal tunnel.

What do you dislike about the product?

Using Superhuman is pricy for sure. I can afford it, though I should have cancelled it based on price.

It's nice using a keyboard and not using a mouse for everything.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Superhuman Mail primarily for managing my emails and it really helps me by organizing them nicely, which saves time. I also appreciate the follow-up reminders and the ability to draft emails and replies easily. The clean minimalist UX is appealing to me and the to-do list kind of UI offers a great experience. I find the way emails are organized and the shortcuts within the software particularly valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think email classification and Google Calendar integration can be a lot better. Sometimes important emails go to the "Others" folder and get ignored. Also, when an event is updated by the organizer in Google Calendar, it does not show what exactly has changed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman Mail organizes my emails, saves time, reminds me to follow up, drafts emails and replies, and keeps me inbox zero.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the digital experience with Superhuman Mail. The interface is really great and easy to use. I'm a big fan of all the keyboard shortcuts; once you master them, they save you a ton of time. I love how it allows me to keep track of multiple inboxes and prioritize messages easily. The gamification of getting to "Inbox Zero" is very satisfying because it gives you a fun image when you get through your emails, and that image changes daily. Superhuman is always making updates that are in the best interest of the user, and it's a product that just keeps getting better. The initial setup was a breeze thanks to the onboarding videos, and they even offered a call to help learn the features I wanted to master, which made the whole experience very smooth. It really helps me be efficient and save time, especially with the keyboard shortcuts, which eliminate the need for constant clicking. Overall, this is a huge upgrade from Gmail.

I really don't have any dislikes. It's a fantastic product.

Superhuman Mail solves the issue of managing multiple inboxes by allowing me to access all of them through a single product, enabling me to prioritize messages effectively and save time with keyboard shortcuts. It enhances organization through features like inbox zero gamification and a user-friendly interface, boosting overall efficiency.

I love using Superhuman Mail because it's quick and makes it really easy to manage my emails. The split feature is also a big plus, allowing me to organize my emails automatically into categories, making things so much easier. The onboarding call was brilliant and the most thorough I've ever been through for a consumer product.

Some of the features in Superhuman Mail could be enhanced further. The split feature, which organizes different things automatically into categories, makes my life much easier, but it could be even more precise. Enhancing this feature would definitely improve my experience.

Superhuman Mail helps me filter important emails from noise, handling a mix of crucial work emails and less important messages. It provides speed and efficiency I didn't get from Gmail, making organization simpler with features like shortcuts and automated categorization.

What do you like best about the product?

I like using Superhuman Mail because it's user-friendly and helps me prioritize and respond to the important things much quicker. I really appreciate the AI components that save me time on things that don't need my attention and how I can share my availability which often preloads accurately. The reminder feature is another plus, prompting me for follow-ups automatically, and I love being able to boomerang emails based on my preferences. The calendar features are handy, and integrating with Salesforce helps me in my sales development tasks by keeping everything connected with auto replies. Overall, I find the setup easy despite the learning curve for shortcuts, and I'm really pleased with the benefits I've received, which is why I recommend it to everybody.

What do you dislike about the product?

I will say the learning curve when I first started using it was weirdly hard. You have to learn shortcuts. But once you learn them, it makes such a difference. And then I do keep asking for a centralized mailbox. I kind of want everything all in one just so that I can rip through things. Instead of having to toggle between my several emails. I have personal. I have work. I have a family email, those kinds of things.

The 'Remind Me Later' feature is fantastic for organizing emails that I don't need to respond to immediately. The keyboard shortcuts significantly enhance my speed and efficiency in handling emails. I'm also impressed with the ability to share my available times for meetings using a link, which saves me several minutes each day. The integration with AI to search past emails and draft automatically is really good, and the mobile app adds great convenience for managing emails on the go. Everything about it just works really well for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

The auto drafts in Superhuman Mail are sometimes a little bit off, but I recognize that it's a new tool and they're getting better every single day. Any problems that I have with Superhuman are getting fixed as we go, so I don't really have anything that needs to be significantly improved.
