Remote support has transformed daily incident resolution and now saves hours of onsite visits
What is our primary use case?
Beyond Now Digital Marketplace is currently used by my ICT department to remotely manage users' PC and mobile devices. Around 2,000 devices are managed, including tablets. It allows us to connect to users' machines or mobile devices, whether they are on our company network or not. This enables us to connect and support even those working at home or remotely in different countries.
It is a great tool to quickly fix problems, and a valuable feature is that an end user without it installed can go to the website we provide, and we can access the PC. It is also used for screen sharing during conference calls.
What is most valuable?
Beyond Now Digital Marketplace has improved the support we have given as an ICT department and improved the ICT department's reputation within the organization.
Remote control of PCs is the best product on the market, in my opinion. Security, located in our DMZ and providing two-factor authentication if required, is a secure solution. Elevation to admin session without having to log off of a remote session is another advantage. Deployment on all PCs' desktops enables users to easily request support. Surveys and reporting are really valuable to obtain feedback from end users on how they value the sessions.
Easy access to multiple screens of a PC is very beneficial. Instant messaging is a great feature to inform someone that you are working on their problem without having to call. It allows certain users different levels of access to prevent things being done that shouldn't be.
Feedback from the customer survey indicates the customers are very happy and impressed with the solution. Efficiency is increased with more incidents and requests being completed from the desk rather than visiting the site, hence saving a lot of time and cost. Faster resolution of incidents where the user is out of the office is another positive outcome. Typically, this would need to wait until they were in the office, but now we can remote control and resolve via an internet connection.
What needs improvement?
It would be really nice to be able to more easily add sound to presentations.
I think it would be great if the speed of searching and connecting were improved.
Presentation mode could also be polished in Beyond Now Digital Marketplace.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
TeamViewer, LANDesk, and GoToAssist have had issues, whereas Beyond Now Digital Marketplace is stable.

Beyond Now Digital Marketplace is very scalable. It has handled my organization's growth efficiently.
How are customer service and support?
I have reached out to their support team a couple of times, and they have been very responsive and helpful.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used TeamViewer. I switched from TeamViewer to Beyond Now Digital Marketplace because of features, pricing, and a much faster resolution of end users where BeyondTrust provided that. Also, it improved relationships between IT and end users.
What was our ROI?
Using BeyondTrust Remote Support has really had a huge impact on our return on investment. We were able to change our business model from one in which we visited nationwide clients to one in which we could demo, install, and support our software remotely. That has not only saved us money but also decreased our client cost of implementation. No hotel stays or plane trips means they can purchase our product for less. This makes us much more attractive and cost-effective.
We are able to save precisely three to four hours a day.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Beyond Now Digital Marketplace is cost-effective and affordable. I think even the smaller organizations can afford this tool.

I rate it a 9 out of 10 because it is a very secure and capable solution. It is feature-rich, very cost-effective, and easy to use for anyone. It also saves a lot of time and cost because the team does not have to move from one place to another to visit the site. They just have to troubleshoot anything at their convenient place.
