Intuitive UI with Excellent Support, Needs Maturity

    Reviewed on Jun 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SuprSend has a nice UI. The integration is really nice and technical support on Slack has been really useful. It's great to have help available in the Slack channel to sort things out. They fix issues quickly when things aren't working properly. The translation integration is really nice because we can automatically send and fully transfer things to our users without much overhead. It's easy to work with, and I also think the SDK made the setup pretty easy, especially for phone user registration. The documentation is good as well, and it works well with other tools like Phrase for notification setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty new platform, and it shows its age at times with things not working properly in places. However, they tend to fix issues quickly when brought to their attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SuprSend for sending push notifications, registering devices, and handling non-existent devices.

Easy-to-Use Workflow Analytics with Fast Performance and Helpful Support

    Reviewed on May 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is quite easy to use, there are plenty of options and metrics where we can analyze what is happening, as well as search for errors in the creation and execution of workflows.
As I work as a QA, I am always analyzing the execution of workflows and the information displayed there is quite useful.

The test mode in the test environment also helps with the creation of test users, as well as the easy change of environment, where we can analyze how the workflows were executed in the production environment and how we can reproduce them in the test environment.

The support team is also very helpful, always responding when we find a bug. Workflow execution is also quite fast, maintaining highly optimized performance.

The integration with our platform was also done quickly, and whenever we need to make updates, we can do so in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per additional notification can feel a bit steep, but the batching system lets us optimize both the sending process and the overall number of notifications we send.

I haven’t used the AI system yet, so I don’t have a clear opinion on it at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suprsend handles workflow construction and data reception from our platform in a highly optimized, straightforward way. Before using it, we struggled to manage the massive volume of notification data being generated. Now, with Suprsend’s UI, everything is much clearer and easier to organize.

Simplifies Real-Time Notification Feeds with a Stable, Type-Safe v4 SDK

    Reviewed on May 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how much it simplifies the frontend implementation of a real-time notification feed. Instead of building a notification center, managing read/unread states, and handling WebSocket connections from scratch, we can just drop in their pre-built UI components and SDK.

The recent v4 SDK update is a massive improvement over v1. It brought a lot more architectural stability, better type safety, and much more predictable state management, which means far fewer layout shifts or rendering bugs in our application's notification bell feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge we faced was the migration process from the v1 SDK to the v4 SDK. Because it was a major version upgrade, it introduced several breaking changes that required us to refactor parts of our frontend integration and state handling.

While the breaking changes were a bit painful to navigate initially, the stability of the new SDK ultimately made it worth the effort. It’s also worth noting that because the platform handles so many multi-channel routing options, the initial setup and learning curve for configuration can take a bit of time to get perfectly right, though their support team did a great job of helping us through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    1. Fragmentation of Channels
Problem: Managing separate APIs and payloads for in-app feeds, email, SMS, and push notifications causes high engineering overhead.

Benefit: It acts as a single centralized hub. We integrate the frontend SDK once, and SuprSend handles all multi-channel routing under the hood.

    2. Complex Real-Time State Management
Problem: Building a real-time notification bell from scratch requires handling WebSockets, read/unread states, and multi-tab synchronization.

Benefit: The pre-built UI components handle this automatically. Migrating to the v4 SDK made this completely bulletproof, eliminating UI rendering bugs and race conditions.

    3. Engineering Overhead
Problem: Designing and optimizing a responsive notification center widget distracts frontend teams from building core features.

Benefit: It drastically accelerates time-to-market. We get a highly customizable, production-ready notification UI immediately, freeing up resources for our core application.

    Streamlined Notifications with Great Support

    Reviewed on May 25, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find SuprSend really easy to use for setting up automated workflows to trigger push notifications. I like that they provide a Python SDK, which we use to programmatically send notifications. The team is pretty approachable, and if there are features that might not be available, they might be willing to build it for you. The pricing is pretty attractive, especially since other solutions can be fairly expensive for a startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're learning how to use the GUI better so maybe some more training documentation on how we can use the tool better would be helpful. There were some issues with the Flutter SDK, which the team worked with us to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend makes it easy to set up automated workflows for push notifications and emails. Their Python SDK allows us to programmatically send notifications.

Customizable Email Solution with Room for UX Improvement

    Reviewed on May 11, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I use SuprSend for tracking all the email logs, checking the email delivery status, and creating email templates, which are integral to my daily work dealing with customer queries and their email-related activities. I appreciate the ability to customize and create email templates with options for personalizing email banners and logos, ensuring a personalized outlook for customers. I also find it useful to send myself mock emails to understand how they look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the data arrangements in SuprSend a bit cluttered. Dealing with logs, templates, and users is data-heavy, and it can take quite a bit of time to search for something urgent. The number of clicks needed to access something is more than I would like. I need to open at least three browsers to check a template. The buttons, search functions, and labels need to be more user-friendly and available in the right positions. The initial setup wasn't very easy and required a lot of time and effort from an admin point of view. It took some weeks for the entire organization to adopt the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend helps me track email logs and delivery status, identify email issues due to firewalls, customize email templates for personalization, and efficiently manage customer communications.

Smooth End-to-End Notification Workflows with Flexible Channel Support

    Reviewed on May 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how smooth it is to create notifications, set up conditional logic, add batching, and configure the entire workflow end to end. It also supports a wide range of channels for sending notifications, which makes our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the in-app notifications. Sometimes the bell icon appears, and other times it doesn’t. Also, the button in the in-app notification doesn’t render properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that SuprSend offers different channels. I can also format banners based on each user’s tenant, which makes it easier to tailor the experience.

    Engineering-Friendly, Multi-Channel Notifications Platform

    Reviewed on May 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like SuprSend for its technical flexibility. The ability to configure flows and templates without having to code them is great, as it speeds up delivery for new workflows and campaigns. Their team is also very friendly and helpful if we get stuck on something and there are usually multiple options to realize a goal. Being able to hook up the tool to our database directly is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since SuprSend is so engineering friendly, it's a bit harder for our marketing people to find their way and be effective users of the platform for one-off campaigns. If they'd spend some time in audience creation and campaign creation functionality for marketers, that would make life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend speeds up delivery by allowing us to configure flows and templates without coding, streamlining new workflows and campaigns.

SuprSend Makes Multi-Channel Notifications Clean, Scalable, and Developer-Friendly

    Reviewed on May 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SuprSend
is how thoughtfully the platform is designed from both a developer and product perspective. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, so setting up notification workflows doesn’t feel overwhelming even when handling multiple channels like email, push, SMS, Slack, and in-app messaging.

The integrations are another strong point. It connects well with modern product stacks and makes it easier to centralize communication logic instead of managing notifications separately across tools. From a performance standpoint, the platform feels reliable and scalable, especially for teams that send large volumes of notifications and need good observability.

I also like the balance between flexibility and automation. Features like batching, user preferences, workflow rules, and intelligent routing help reduce notification noise and improve the overall user experience. There’s a subtle AI/intelligence layer in how workflows and delivery can be optimized, which makes the system feel smarter than a basic notification service.

In terms of ROI, it saves a significant amount of engineering effort that would otherwise go into building and maintaining an in-house notification infrastructure. That alone can justify the pricing for growing teams. The onboarding experience also feels developer-friendly, with good documentation and a product flow that’s relatively quick to understand. Overall, it feels like a mature platform solving a very real operational problem in a practical way.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about SuprSend
is that while the platform is powerful, some parts of the setup can feel a bit overwhelming initially — especially when configuring complex multi-channel workflows or advanced notification logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
[SuprSend](https://www.suprsend.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) solves the problem of managing notifications across multiple channels from different systems, which usually becomes messy and time-consuming as products scale. It helps centralize everything — email, push, SMS, Slack, and in-app notifications — into a single workflow. This reduces engineering overhead, improves notification reliability, and creates a much better user communication experience. For our team, it saves development time and lets us focus more on product features instead of notification infrastructure.
