    What do you like best about the product?
    Branch helps us connect media performance with actual business outcomes. Its attribution, deep linking, and event tracking capabilities make it easier to understand customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI. The platform is intuitive, and the data is highly valuable for marketing analysis and decision-making.

    The report export data range is limited to only 60 days. This period is too short for meaningful analysis.

    Branch is helping us address attribution and measurement challenges across multiple paid and owned channels. It provides a clearer view of the customer journey from click to account opening, funding, and product usage, allowing us to evaluate channel effectiveness more accurately.     I think, overall, the product is pretty well-rounded. In terms of integrations, constant support, and features, it covers what I need and feels solid.

    We use Branch as our primary channel for customer attribution. It helps us track how customers are getting onboarded across different platforms, and it gives us clearer insight into which channels are driving results. With that visibility, we can optimize the campaigns running across different channels and better manage our CAC.

    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for Branch is for attribution, specifically mobile attribution. I am using Branch to track my acquisition channel, ads channel, and so on. I am using Branch for the attribution, especially for the acquisition channel, which is major.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features Branch offers are their attribution and specific cookie tracking, which are far superior. Branch has better cookie tracking in my experience because of minimum delay and near real-time tracking.

    Branch has positively impacted my organization by helping me track better attribution, so I can allocate my budget to the right channel. Since we are using Branch, I get a better cost acquisition per user because Branch gives us a better user tracker, allowing us to optimize the budget to the right channel.

    What needs improvement?

    Branch can improve on debugging and downtime because sometimes when I click the Branch link, it is not redirecting to the right page; it is just some glitch.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using Branch for two years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Branch is stable in my experience.

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is positive; based on my experience and my tender offer while looking for an attribution company, I found that Branch has better offerings that fit within our requirements.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    Before choosing Branch, I evaluated other options, including AppsFlyer.

    What other advice do I have?

    Branch integrates with my existing marketing technology stack by using MoEngage and Braze, so basically all the marketing campaigns automatically generate the Branch link, allowing us to track referral and deep linking from each channel.

    Branch handles cross-platform attribution for my campaigns pretty well; compared to AppsFlyer or Firebase, I prefer using Branch.

    Branch helps me streamline reporting for my marketing team by automating deep linking and referral links, so it provides me better views of my campaign optimization.

    Branch supports my mobile app growth strategy by giving me a better view of which channels work and which need improvement. With this data, I can rethink or change my strategies on budget allocation and marketing approach.

    Branch's deep linking capabilities have helped my user experience and conversion rates by allowing users to click links from ads or push notifications, directing them to the right page in the front end. On the back end, we as the company get a better view of which channel generated this user, so I can optimize the marketing budget.

    I would describe the learning curve for new users getting started with Branch as smooth; I would definitely recommend Branch.

    I use Branch's analytics and reporting features daily, every time.

    My advice for others looking into using Branch is that you should definitely consider using Branch; if you are looking for attribution apps or software, Branch should be on your list.

    Pricing feels a bit high when it comes to current usage that we have been going through.

    Attribution is a key issue for app installs. For us, installs matter most because we’re heavily focused on iOS. SKAN requirements are especially important, and Branch is helping us scale our omnichannel app.

    Deep linking has optimized referral journeys and is improving campaign return on investment

    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for Branch is mostly for deferred deep linking and deep linking, and for our referral module, we use Branch to divert the users that we targeted through certain promotion banners so that they land on the module in our app through which we can better monetize our app.

    For example, in our app we have a referral program and we ask users to refer certain modules in our app to different users. They share a particular link with other users, and when they click that particular link, basic information about which client, which app, and which user generated that link is captured. When the other user clicks on that link, the journey is not broken and we can move and provide certain monetization or certain referral rewards to our primary users.

    I have something else to add about my main use case for Branch: we land that user in that particular module for which it improves the user experience.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features Branch offers in my experience are perfect for our use case, and since on iOS we cannot track users after they have installed the app, we can have a seamless experience of the user's first install journey and the tracking data that Branch provides is also very excellent.

    The tracking data feature helps my team because with other certain campaigns that we run, we can easily track which particular campaign provides us better return on our investment and from which particular campaign we can convert free users to paid users. This type of tracking data is useful because Branch is able to provide it very efficiently.

    Branch is easily supported on various platforms, and it works seamlessly across Android, iOS, and web apps. A single solution for different platforms works together easily, like a Jigsaw puzzle.

    The impact of Branch on my organization has vastly improved our rate of return on our investment in the campaign department, so the user acquisition cost has drastically been reduced since we have started using Branch.

    What needs improvement?

    Branch can be improved as customer support is not that great, and it takes time to get a response from them. The debugging documentation and the documentation part can be improved.

    I would add more about the needed improvements, specifically that the documentation should be enhanced in addition to their customer support.

    There are other improvements needed for Branch that come to my mind regarding minor enhancements.

    I have been using Branch for two years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Branch is stable in my experience, and I have not noticed any downtime or issues.

    Branch's scalability is quite capable of handling higher traffic loads, and we have not faced any difficulty in that matter.

    Customer support for Branch is not that great, as I mentioned earlier, and it takes time to get in connection with their customer support.

    Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

    I previously used a different solution before Branch. Earlier we tried implementing Firebase, which worked for some time but then user metrics were not great. We switched to AppsFlyer but ultimately settled on Branch.

    What was our ROI?

    I have seen a return on investment with Branch. As I mentioned, it has drastically improved our user acquisition cost and money was definitely saved, usually around a ballpark figure of twenty percent of the money saved on user acquisition cost.

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Branch was not handled by me as it was done by the product team, but as far as I know, they were quite competitive from the market rates.

    My advice to others looking into using Branch is that they can try Branch as it is a great way to handle deep linking and deferred deep linking part of their application and they can definitely improve user experience using the capabilities of Branch.

    I have additional thoughts about Branch before we wrap up: it is a great tool to improve user experience and complete the user journey from installation to their first app launch. I would rate Branch an eight out of ten overall.

    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for Branch is deep linking and its referral feature.

    Deep linking with Branch helps in our app because we have a feature of referral, allowing users to refer other users and earn reward points. For that, I use the referral links and also utilize deep linking.

    What is most valuable?

    In my opinion, the best features Branch offers are the deep link and the referral flow.

    I find the deep link and referral flow to be the best features because they have the best approach to implementation. When comparing Branch to alternatives like AppsFlyer and Firebase, Branch is more reliable and easy to use.

    Branch has positively impacted our organization by bringing huge changes regarding referrals; users come to our apps, and we have increased our user base. While I cannot share exact numbers, we have around a 20% increase in our user base since using Branch.

    What needs improvement?

    To improve Branch, there is an area for improvement in debugging and interruptions. When we have any error in deep linking, debugging locally takes time, and if we are not getting a referral or facing issues, that can be a disadvantage.

    I have been using Branch for about two years.

    In my experience, Branch is stable.

    My advice for others looking into using Branch is that if someone wants to implement referral and deep link capabilities, Branch is a good option based on my understanding and what we have tried. Branch is better than other solutions. For referral and deep linking purposes, Branch is the best option. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

    I use Branch for app measurement and it really solves my tracking problem by helping attribute the right channel and campaign for better optimization decisions. I like that I can set the attribution window and period for each channel, which then gives accurate attribution to the channel and campaign. This helps me make informed decisions on optimization efficiently. The initial setup of Branch was smooth.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The affiliate fraud mechanism is still weak; many publishers pass through that and send fraud revenue and purchase data.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Branch for app measurement, solving attribution and deep linking issues. It resolves my tracking problems, helping attribute the right channel and campaign for better optimization decisions.

    I feel unique link wise tracking is difficult , as on the dashboard it does not give link wise installs or other attribution you have go to linkhub click on the each link separately to check the stats
