What do you like best about the product?
I like how it ties payments, quotes, and invoices directly to the CRM, so you always see the full customer context while selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is still a bit limited, especially if you need complex pricing logic or region-specific payment setups.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to look at the whole history of each prospect, where the conversation was, and the note-taking ability that we can basically maintain alongside it. Plus, the integrations with platforms like Notetaker are something I love the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI part can be improved. It looks very old tradition. I think the settings part is way too much complicated. So I think those are the things which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Commerce Hub to manage all my leads in one place, track the conversion history, and understand the lifecycle of each prospect better than when we used Google Sheets.

I find no relevant negative aspects. For businesses already using HubSpot, the consolidation of commercial tools into a single platform provides clear operational efficiency.

Consolidate Configure-Price-Quote, payments, and native billing in HubSpot CRM. Transaction data, payment history, and purchase behavior are automatically recorded in the contact record without external integrations.
