AWS Supports JPS on its Transformation Journey from Traditional to Digital
Jamaica Public Service (JPS) is the only distributor of electricity in Jamaica. About three years ago, the company was challenged to make a vast amount of information available to all of its customers.
Using Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions, the company began its journey toward digital transformation, moving its customer service quickly and efficiently, as well as improving its profitability through the AWS Cloud.
