    Integration with SAP Business One was not seamless.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really appreciate the ease of use with the product; it is very intuitive to an end-user new to the program.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is alot to learn to take full advantage of the program. To the extent that things are rolled out in a timely fashion, it can appear to be overwhelming in some instances.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Floqast makes it easy to track all the deliverables of the close process and keep everyone in the process connected. It really helps with collaboration too. It's great having review controls for journal entries and reconciliations all in one place. We are also starting to work with their Remind product to help automate some of our close steps, which expect to help reduce close time. We can also share access with our auditors so they can review whatever support they need during audits. The Floqast support team has been helpful and I like their short educational videos that help quickly get up to speed on different features. It's very easy to use and implement.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While there is a calendar view at a high level of financial statement areas, I would like to see a calendar view for the checklists. With many moving pieces in our processes, it would be helpful to visualize in a calendar view so we can look for efficiencies and dependencies more easily. The data is already there so I'm sure this is something Floqast can add in future updates.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Floqast keeps us organized and on schedule. We can make sure all required controls , tasks and reviewed are tracked and nothing falls through the cracks. As a leader, it's easy for me to view how my team is doing and any issues we are having with the close.

    What do you like best about the product?
    -to do List, always know what your next task is.
    - Everything all in one place.
    -clear ownership of tasks so nothing is left behind.
    -Ease of use of the product. navigation is clear.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    -For non-close workflow, it is difficult to tie a document in a documents folder to a checklist item. (you can attach it directly to the checklist item, but then its not visable in the Documents Folder. I feel like a detailed linking methodology or tagging could be really useful (kind of like your FQ# system for close).

    keeping all tasks in one place and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

    Expensive. Took a while to integrate with Net Suite.
