Intuitive interface and streamlining the close process
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has proven to be an efficient tool for organizing and managing period-end tasks and reconciliations. I like how it keeps everything organized and clean, making it easy for accounting professionals to collaborate, track progress, and ensure accuracy. FloQast provides visibility into the close process and reduces manual effort. The user interface is also easy to navigate with a clean UI/UX design that avoids unnecessary features, making it straightforward to use. Another aspect I find beneficial is its audit trail capability, which enhances compliance and documentation. Overall, these features enable me to manage my workload more effectively and enhance team productivity.

I use FloQast to efficiently track deadlines for period-end tasks and reconciliations, keep things organized and clean, and maintain audit trails.
Effortless Organization and Team Transparency with FloQast
What do you like best about the product?
I love how FloQast keeps me organized. It allows me to also be very transparent about where I am on my tasks with my team. It is so easy to use and sends reminders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking documents can sometimes get tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is working as a close checklist, which is so efficient. It helps me keep track of all of my tasks.
FloQast Automates Reconciliations and Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
his is a core strength. FloQast automates the tie-out process by pulling General Ledger (GL) balances directly from your ERP system, which significantly reduces manual data entry and the time spent on preparing simple reconciliations. The AutoRec Matching feature automates transaction-level matching for high-volume accounts like bank reconciliations
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users report that while it's great for reconciliation tracking and overall close management, it may lack the granular transaction-level detail and advanced functionality of some other enterprise-grade reconciliation-focused platforms. Its flux (variance) analysis tool also has some reported limitations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a centralized close checklist and dashboard that offers real-time status updates on every task and reconciliation. As an analyst, this gives you and your management immediate visibility into the close progress, potential bottlenecks, and individual team member accountability
FloQast Review
What do you like best about the product?
Recs are now easier to prepare with the available tags, and the new reconciling items module is super helpful. The quick filters are also helpful, especially now that we're able to sort by the due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to attach the same file under two different items for the Checklist items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The FloQast dashboard shows real-time progress of the close, so you know exactly what’s done, what’s pending, and who’s responsible. For example, for the EOD updates I provide during the close, instead of having to reach out to team members I'm able to check the open tasks in FloQast. The automated reconciliation due to the NetSuite integration is also very helpful.
Keeps Us Organized with Real-Time Task Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast helps the team stay organized and gives real time visibility into the status of tasks and journal entries. It also helps with version control of documents and allows documentation of manager review and sign off.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some recent updates to the tool that threw me off a bit when I was trying to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping accounting and financial reporting teams streamline their processes. It's very useful especially for teams that are remote to stay on the same page.
Floqast Simplifies Month-End Close with Intuitive Tracking and Filters
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast makes tracking tasks and reconciliations during month-end close simple. You can easily see what's what items are still open and how long they are overdue by. Numerous filtering options by preparer, reviewer, due date, status, are all very helpful. Integration with Dropbox makes updating recs and documentation of reconciling items easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons to Floqast I can think of. Used Blackline as a reconciliation tool prior to Floqast and Floqast UI/UX and functionality is definitely a big upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast is used as the main tool for the Accounting team to track progress of month-end close and reconcile balance sheet accounts every month. It has streamlined Accounting's month-end closed by consolidating all recs and tasks into one system/place and has eliminated having to manually track tasks in a Google Sheet. It's secondary use for the team is to track compliance and reporting related tasks.

Intuitive and User-Friendly, But Needs More Automation and NetSuite Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive and easy to use FloQast is. Its design and user interface create a seamless experience, making it much easier to get started without a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish FloQast offered more automation features and provided a stronger integration with NetSuite, especially to assist with variance analysis. Enhancing these aspects would make the platform even more effective for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast streamlines the financial close process (reconciliation, task checklists, approval/review process, variance analysis) by bringing together financial close checklists and related documents in a single location. This centralization has made our month-end process much more organized.
User-Friendly, Feature-Rich, and Organized—Minor Lag with Heavy Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy floqast is to use. It is extremely user-friendly and has an abundance of features. Each day that I use floqast, I am introduced to a feature I did not know. Floqast also sends email updates and trainings that I can take advantage of to learn more about their tools. The platform keeps everything organized, transparent, and easy to track and works so well with excel! The automated reminders and checklists make sure nothing slips through the cracks, which helps reduce stress during month-end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue is the occasional lag in updates when a lot of people are working in FloQast at once, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Also, the setup and customization phase can take a bit of time to fine-tune

FloQast helps solve the challenges of tracking close tasks across multiple properties and entities. Before using it, our team relied on manual spreadsheets and email reminders, which made it hard to stay organized and meet deadlines. Now, everything is centralized — I can clearly see what’s been completed, what’s pending, and who’s responsible. It’s also made reviews and reconciliations much faster and easier to track. Overall, FloQast has reduced stress during month-end, improved accountability, and saved us a ton of time.
User-Friendly UI and Teams Integration, but SharePoint Setup Needs Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly UI, Notification integration into Teams, workflow platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Working through implementation on a large scale, Sharepoint integration for shared folders has caused confusion (internal KKR teams need to establish "Rules of the Road" prior to implementation, still working through internal processes, owners and controls. Working on keeping FQ up-to-date realtime with our Investran system. Buy-in from the internal tech teams is definitely required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows, pass-offs. We have a large team that is very inter-dependent. Centralizing everyone in FQ has been hugely helpful.
