Enter EMLy Co-pilot, an AI-powered platform that unifies workflows and democratizes access to some of the most powerful machine learning tools in biologics design.
Emly is a conversational, agentic platform that truncates biologics discovery from weeks to minutes. Scientists can decode, predict, and design candidates through a simple chat interface, while EMLy orchestrates the heavy lifting by integrating models, datasets, and computational tools to deliver high-impact, design-ready outputs. Powered by state-of-the-art generative and agentic AI, it turns natural language into actionable science.
The multi-modal platform adapts to any therapeutic challenge, accelerating the design and optimization of T cell receptors, antibodies, bi-specifics and VHH fragments. Underpinned by a rich immunological dataset and experimental validation, EMLy enables drug development teams to start smarter and discover faster, lowering the barrier to scientific innovation.
The platform empowers teams to explore ideas that once required substantial time, cost, and specialist expertise. Its unique intelligence helps scientists de-risk early exploration, identify liabilities earlier in the process, and avoid costly downstream failures particularly around developability.
The unique, natural language-driven interface enables iterative thinking, design branching and exploratory reasoning to produce and evaluate variants in minutes. This enables the decision-making flow of scientists, where hypotheses evolve rapidly and benefit from immediate computational feedback.
The outcome is not just more options, but higher-quality, more developable lead candidates. Additionally, with multi-specifics handling, its easier than ever to engineer complex, multi-domain biologic molecules such as bi or trispecifics.
EMLy Co-pilot condenses time-consuming workflows into minutes of intuitive interactions. Designed to feel more like a scientifically fluent lab partner than a machine, the platform dramatically accelerates early biologics R&D, cutting timelines by more than half in many cases.
The launch of EMLy Co-pilot marks the beginning of a new era in immunotherapeutic design. Upcoming releases will unlock full repertoire analysis for rapid lead identification, and tools for bespoke antibody library design. Soon, EMLy will also offer in silico co-complex prediction, providing unprecedented insight into paratope-epitope interfaces and enabling routine affinity optimization.
By compressing years of protein engineering into minutes of guided interaction, Etcembly empowers scientists everywhere to start smarter, discover faster, and create more effective therapies at the speed of imagination.
Highlights
An EMLy optimised TCR NK candidate developed by Zelluna is advancing to
the clinic. Building on the success of our previous work together on the MAGEA4 TCR, which now underpins ZI MA4 1 and has recently received approval to enter the clinic, this new partnering between Etcembly and Zelluna focuses on engineering next generation KKLC1 targeting TCRs using our AI driven EMLy™ platform.
With Vector Labs, EMLy resolved major developability challenges for an antibody candidate, enhancing expression, yield, and aggregation profiles in over 80% of engineered variants, all while preserving structure and function.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose from three subscription tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Each tier is billed as a contract and priced per unit. The tiers scale by monthly credits, which fund the design and analysis actions you run. Starter gives you a set monthly credit allowance for early discovery and experimentation. Professional raises the monthly credit allowance for more development work. Enterprise adds team-scale collaboration, dedicated support, custom integrations, and enterprise deployment options. As you move up the tiers, your monthly credit capacity and included capabilities grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is one credit used for, and what actions consume credits?
Credits fund the work you run in the platform. Each utility, analysis, and optimisation action you perform draws from your monthly credit balance. Actions include designing biologic candidates, comparing variants, and evaluating liabilities. Your tier sets how many credits refresh each month.
What happens to my credits if I don't use them, and do they reset?
Credits are granted on a monthly basis, so the Starter tier provides 200 credits per month and the Professional tier provides 1000 credits per month. The allowance renews on a set renewal date. Contact the vendor to confirm whether unused credits carry over between months.
How does the Enterprise tier differ from the credit-based Starter and Professional tiers?
Starter and Professional meter your work against a fixed monthly credit allowance of 200 and 1000 credits. Enterprise is built for teams and includes dedicated support, custom integrations, and enterprise deployment options. It shifts from a set monthly credit count toward a committed, team-scale arrangement. Contact the vendor to size Enterprise.
