Overview
Innexis ANA adds value both before and after hardware availability by enabling collaborative software development on high speed virtual platforms. Teams can begin development early using virtual models in the pre hardware phase and continue to benefit even after hardware arrives, as virtual boards in a cloud centric development environment offer greater flexibility for collaboration, faster and more efficient debugging, and lower overall cost. Easy virtual model updates and rapid iterations make it simpler to adapt to design changes and resolve issues early, reducing development risk and late stage rework. With Innexis ANA, engineers can develop, and test, applications, operating systems, middleware and drivers long before the actual silicon chips or even full hardware designs (RTL) are ready. Test automation and integration of Innexis ANA with CI/CD workflows is facilitated via comprehensive RESTful APIs.
Highlights
- Create virtual models of boards through an open and extensible IDE configuring heterogeneous cores (like Arm Cortex A, R, and M), memory, and peripherals to model commercial and custom SoCs.
- Execute software workloads at speeds up to 2 GHz to 4 GHz, significantly faster than traditional instruction-set simulators (ISS), by running natively on Arm-based servers such as AWS Graviton instances.
- Pre-configured reference platforms, including a Yocto-based Linux with a SOAFEE EWAOL and an Android reference stack, provide a robust starting point for the development process. Additionally, Innexis ANA also facilitates integration of software from ISV partners.
