    Dedicated Team Each client receives dedicated resources including a Strategic Account Manager to guide who provides high level guidance; a Technical Account Manager handling day-to-day support for integrations, segmentation, dataset creation, and journey building. For customers with additional needs, we have a robust Professional Services team which offers AI Services, Deliverability Services, and Identity Services.

    Implementation Process During the typical 8-12 week onboarding period, Simon delivers an Initial Implementation Plan, assigns a dedicated Integrations Consultant, and supports initial data integration, pipe setup, end channel integrations, dataset creation, and platform training. Weekly sprint-planning meetings ensure implementation stays on track. Ongoing Support After successful onboarding, clients receive bi-weekly calls and real-time support. Comprehensive documentation is available including User Guides, Developer Guides, and platform documentation to enable self-service when needed. Training Simon provides efficient, tailored remote training throughout the engagement. This includes hands-on sessions during platform implementation, guided ""live-fire"" training during initial campaign rollout, and supplemental training available throughout the contract duration. The support model is designed to enable clients to operate independently while ensuring expert assistance is readily available when needed, combining strategic guidance with hands-on technical support throughout the client lifecycle.
