This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Mirakl has a passive API and this allows integration with various other software such as RMS, in addition to providing very complete reports
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It has many search engines. It could be a little easier to use.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use it to manage the portfolio of several sellers on the marketplace, by integrating it with RMS it also makes it easier to manage stock of products and offers. As it is a complete platform, we are also able to provide customer service.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I think Mirakl's reporting features are pretty good. I also like that you can directly integrate with Shopify.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The approval process for adding new products is fairly lengthy. When products require changes, it is not always clear what aspects should be changed.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mirakl helps us list on Macy's Marketplaces and import data from Shopify

    What do you like best about the product?
    The onboarding of new vendors who use Mirakl is wonderful. As their simplified approval process swiftly brings sellers on board, it is our best bet to speedgrowing the marketplace. The site is not only for the vendors, but also for the customers who will from now on place their order online.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The habitually only integration of Mirakl and our current systems becomes troublesome. It is a bit confusing for their APIs are unbundled, and the documents do not have much clarity. On recommendation and application issues, we frequently need their support team, but they may take a while to respond sometimes.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mirakl has changed the face of operations in my enterprise through the creation of one enormous avenue. It becomes possible us to expand our range of products by not having to physically store them ourselves. Such an effectiveness allows us saving on many resources and enables us to support other areas of our business such as marketing and customer service.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is a complete platform, it is easy to integrate with other databases as it has a passive API, so it is very easy to consolidate the information we need there.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It could be more intuitive in some of the features it provides.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use it to integrate several partners in our marketplace, through it we are able to manage the stores that sell on our website and monitor the entire flow of orders.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Mirakl is a wonderful tool to let retailers connect with vendors without actually taking on any added inventory risk. Mirakl is easy to setup, quick to integrate, and very user-friendly. Learning Mirakl was the easiest part for my entire team
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Mirakl needs to support more integrations. Mirakl also has certain performance issues from what I have observed. The claimed uptime is four 9s but I have seen it down way more than that, so definitely scope to improve
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We at Ubreathe were trying to create a new category of business and it was getting very difficult to get customers to purchase our product without showing them many things in the catalog to browse. Mirakl eased our lives by letting us connect with a few vendors who were selling complimentary products. We were not sure whether the products will sell on our website, but once the traffic started coming in we were able to see that these new products offer great margins and expanded our catalog
