What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding of new vendors who use Mirakl is wonderful. As their simplified approval process swiftly brings sellers on board, it is our best bet to speedgrowing the marketplace. The site is not only for the vendors, but also for the customers who will from now on place their order online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The habitually only integration of Mirakl and our current systems becomes troublesome. It is a bit confusing for their APIs are unbundled, and the documents do not have much clarity. On recommendation and application issues, we frequently need their support team, but they may take a while to respond sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mirakl has changed the face of operations in my enterprise through the creation of one enormous avenue. It becomes possible us to expand our range of products by not having to physically store them ourselves. Such an effectiveness allows us saving on many resources and enables us to support other areas of our business such as marketing and customer service.
