    HIRO Identity Enrichment helps publishers maximize revenue by enriching bid requests with stable, privacy-compliant identifiers. Delivered through AWS Marketplace, HIRO integrates directly into your Prebid.js or Prebid Server configuration, enabling fast deployment and measurable lift.

    Whether you monetize web, CTV, or in-app inventory, HIRO offers two flexible integration paths:

    Client-side (Prebid.js) -- For browser-based web auctions. Add the LiveIntent Identity Module to your Prebid.js build and start measuring lift immediately with built-in holdout/treatment logic.

    Server-side (Prebid Server User ID module) -- For multi-channel environments. Integrate HIRO directly into your self-hosted Prebid Server setup, including a server-side analytics adapter for lift measurement. Ideal for publishers who run CTV or in-app auctions in addition to web.

    What I appreciate is the way it delivers AI-powered efficiency, fosters stronger connections, and enables scalable, predictable growth.

    I find Zeta Marketing's user interface to be overly complex, outdated, and slow, which makes the platform challenging to set up and navigate, especially for those who are new to it.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find the platform's library feature incredibly useful. It allows me to easily browse and view the usability scores of various tools, saving me significant time by eliminating the need for manual research. Having all the options right in front of me with a comprehensive list of top software simplifies my search for the right tools.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find the Zeta Marketing Platform a bit overwhelming due to the sheer volume of information presented at once. The user interface could use some improvements, as there's too much text and not enough visual cues like icons. This makes navigation more challenging than it needs to be. I end up having to scroll excessively to get through sections, which disrupts the user experience. I'd prefer a cleaner layout where I can click to explore more information rather than having it all displayed upfront.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use the Zeta Marketing Platform as a digital library, making it easy to find available tools and saving time on manual research.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It's very easy to use unlike the other platfors, I have all campaigns in one place and I can easily use them, change them and the integration of the tool is so smooth that it acutally saves me much time.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Just a little bit more step by step tutorials for beginners. For me it was easy, but for my team which is made by interns and juniors, it was a bit challenging to understand some things.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps me better segment my audience, analyze real-time results and optimize marketing campaigns without too much manual work.
