Intuitive Layout, Easy to Use, Simple Yet Effective Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The Visual Editor is intuitive and easy to use.
The Reporting feature is simple but effective
The general layout of the site is easy to navigate
The snippets section has helped us to build a library of reusable content that has sped up the campaign building process

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does suffer from slow loading speeds in some areas, especially for calculating query sizes
Working with multiple child orgs can become difficult when you need to compare audiences and data from two separate orgs
Not having a folder structure in the campaigns section can make it difficult to locate campaigns quickly and sometimes the search functions lags
The 'Send Test' option for campaigns pulls a random customer ID and not your own, which can cause complications when trying to test dynamic/personalised content

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using HTML to build our emails on a previous platform. Moving to Zeta and having access to the Visual Editor to build emails has helped us to speed up the building process and avoid rendering issues

Write the message saying no issue as of now only concern was dashboard and report access which we get sometime later

The use of user scoring to launch popups only when they have a higher probability of conversion, improving the experience and increasing results.

The process of creating and managing dynamic elements is not as straightforward as it should be, often demanding additional effort or the use of workarounds to reach the preferred level of personalization. Simplifying and streamlining this process would greatly improve the overall user experience, making dynamic content easier to develop and maintain.

Zeta Marketing Platform has been instrumental in tackling two significant business challenges for us: low customer retention and inconsistent omnichannel communication. Without timely and relevant follow-up, it can be difficult to encourage customers to return after their initial visit. Zeta makes it possible to engage with customers in a more coordinated and consistent way, which helps us maintain those important connections. The platform also addresses the issue of fragmented, channel-specific messaging by enabling us to manage omnichannel campaigns from a single system. As a result, we are able to deliver more unified customer experiences, see better engagement, and build stronger long-term loyalty.

Building out code for dynamic personalization can be overly complicated at times.

The platform has brought our business to a new level of segmentation and 1:1 communication across multiple channels where it did not previously exist.
