Lensmor is a B2B event intelligence platform for teams that use trade shows as a pipeline channel.
Most teams start pre-show planning with a raw exhibitor directory, a floor map, and hours of manual research. Lensmor turns that exhibitor data into a usable prospecting workspace. Teams can unlock a trade show, review exhibitor company profiles, identify relevant decision makers, enrich business contact data, and export clean lists for CRM or outreach workflows.
Each event unlock gives users access to Lensmor's event dashboard for a specific trade show. Depending on the event, Lensmor provides exhibitor company data, category and location filters, firmographic context, decision-maker names, job titles, company websites, LinkedIn profiles, business email enrichment, and CSV or Excel export.
Lensmor is built for SDR teams, founders, event marketing teams, ABM teams, and agencies that need to plan outreach before a show starts. Instead of waiting until after the event to clean up badge scans or business cards, teams can build a target list before the show, prioritize the right exhibitors, and prepare relevant outreach in advance.
Current use cases include pre-show prospecting, exhibitor targeting, account research, agency lead sourcing, side-event promotion, and event-based ABM planning. Lensmor supports exports for tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, Lemlist, Google Sheets, and other systems that accept standard CSV files.
Lensmor focuses on publicly available trade show, exhibitor, company, and professional business information. Contact enrichment is designed for professional B2B outreach use cases. Customers are responsible for using exported data in compliance with applicable laws and their own outreach policies.

Unlock one trade show in Lensmor with full event access, exhibitor intelligence, 3,000 contact credits, 10 exhibitor reverse searches, and CSV or Excel export during the active contract term. Best for teams targeting one upcoming event.
Lensmor offers one pricing option on AWS Marketplace: the Basic contract. You buy it for a fixed contract term rather than paying per month or per use. It unlocks a single trade show with full event access. Included in that one price are exhibitor intelligence, 3,000 contact credits, 10 exhibitor reverse searches, and CSV or Excel export during the active term. There are no separate tiers or add-on quantities to configure. The credits and searches set usage limits for the one unlocked event. This option suits teams focused on a single upcoming event.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What can I do with the 3,000 contact credits included in the Basic contract?
Credits are the usage unit for revealing contacts. Each verified email reveal costs 15 credits, and each verified phone number costs 150 credits. A returned email refunds 15 credits and a returned phone refunds 150. You spend credits only on contacts you choose to reveal.
Does unlocking my one event automatically reveal every contact email and phone number?
No. Event access and contact enrichment are separate so you control spend. You unlock the event first, filter companies and people that match your profile, then reveal only the contacts you need. Hidden emails and phone numbers stay hidden in exports until you reveal them using credits.
What does a reverse exhibitor search do, and how are the 10 searches counted?
A reverse search starts from a company name and finds every trade show that company exhibits at — past, present, and upcoming. It supports account-based targeting. Your Basic contract includes 10 such searches. If a search returns no matches, the credits for it are returned automatically.

Finally Know Who's Actually Showing Up, Not Just Who Has a Booth

Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the visitor and social signal data. Most exhibitor tools just give you a static list of who's exhibiting, but that's only half the picture, you also want to know who's actually planning to attend, not just booth-holders. Lensmor picks up on social signals and visitor intent so we know ahead of time which specific people are likely to show up, not just which companies have a booth. That's the difference between walking in with a real target list versus just wandering the floor hoping to bump into the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visitor and social signal coverage is strongest for the bigger, more established shows. For smaller or more regional trade shows, the data thins out a bit, so we still end up doing some manual digging to fill gaps for those. Also took us a little while at the start to figure out which signals to actually prioritize versus just having a long list of names, would've helped to have more guidance upfront on how to triage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core problem was that trade show prep used to eat a ton of pre-event time for very little payoff, we'd get a generic exhibitor list, then manually cross-reference it against our ICP, then still walk in without knowing who was actually going to be there versus who just had a booth. Lensmor solves the targeting part directly: it tells us which specific people with relevant intent are likely to show up, not just which companies are exhibiting. That means our team walks into a show with an actual priority list of who to find, instead of spending the first half of the day scouting the floor. It's turned trade shows from a scattershot networking exercise into something closer to targeted outbound, just happening in person.
