Xacta 360 operationalizes key security risk and compliance frameworks such as the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), FedRAMP, and ISO 27001. Xacta 360 streamlines and automates many labor-intensive tasks associated with these frameworks such as asset inventory and automated report/document generation. It identifies, tracks, tests, and helps remediate security risks for the system, program, or enterprise, and continuously monitors compliance with the appropriate standards. Xacta 360 offers a vast knowledgebase of more than 5,000 individual security requirements and associated test procedures, organized and cross-referenced into more than 100 security policies and standards - all updated as required. Xacta 360 can analyze IT asset information collected seamlessly from workloads and systems, enabling greater efficiency when moving workloads to the AWS cloud. Your Xacta 360 purchase comes with full access to the Telos Concierge Service (TCS). You will have access to the TCS Customer Support Portal, and limited Subject Matter Expert (SME) support. Our Customer Portal includes an extensive library of self-help content such as FAQs and instructional videos. SME support can be requested via the customer support portal and is provided by telephone.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
