Dimensions summary
This contract offers two options based on daily request volume. Both measure the same activity: consent and consumption requests processed through the platform. The Free Trial option supports up to 100 requests per day, letting you test the service at a smaller scale. The Standard option supports up to 5000 requests per day for ongoing production use. You choose the option that matches your expected daily request volume. Pricing scales by this request capacity, not by individual features.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A consent request records a consumer's permission or preference through the platform. A consumption request retrieves or uses that stored preference data for a campaign or service. Each event counts as one request against your daily limit, regardless of the channel or touchpoint that triggers it.
Each option caps requests at its stated daily volume. The Free Trial supports up to 100 requests per day, and Standard supports up to 5000 per day. Exceeding your daily cap is not covered by that option, so you would move to the option matching your expected daily volume.
The limit applies per day. Each option measures consent and consumption requests within a single day, up to 100 for Free Trial and 5000 for Standard. Unused capacity does not carry forward. Plan your option around your busiest expected day, not a monthly or contract total.
