What do you like best about the product?
Enhanced Security: RSA tokens significantly increase security by requiring a second factor for authentication, making it much more difficult for unauthorized users to gain access. This helps protect against phishing attacks, password breaches, and other threats.
Flexibility: RSA tokens can come in different forms, such as physical hardware tokens, software tokens (mobile apps), or push notifications, offering flexibility to users and organizations.
Wide Adoption: RSA tokens have been widely adopted by various industries, including finance, healthcare, and government, demonstrating their effectiveness and reliability.
User-Friendly: Most RSA token solutions are designed to be user-friendly, with simple interfaces and easy-to-follow instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
Like all other RSA tools I have used it is very straightforward to use. I have always liked that, even when I first used their tools when working with the government services.

Ease of use and effective identity management.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI appears to be a bit outdated and lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies user identity management, streamlining access rights. The tool automates workflows, minimizing errors in onboarding/offboarding. Additionally, it enforces access controls to aid compliance efforts, appropriately restricting user permissions and minimizing security risks.

What do you like best about the product?
It never had any glitches. It was seamless. Moving from the hatd token to soft and then back. The UI/UX was simple crip and precise.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that i can point out from using it for about 9 years
