AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour based on the instance type you run. The three dimensions map to different compute instance sizes: t3a.large, t3.large, and t2.large. Each is billed per hour of use, so your cost scales with how long the software runs on a given instance. You choose the instance type that fits your workload, and billing follows actual usage rather than a fixed commitment. Because compute is provisioned only during recovery events, you avoid paying for idle standby infrastructure between events.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do the t3a.large, t3.large, and t2.large hourly rates cover?
Each rate meters the software running on that specific AWS compute instance type per hour. The instance type sets the CPU and memory profile behind the recovery engine. You pick the size, and billing counts each hour that instance runs during operation.
Am I charged when the recovery site is idle and workloads are powered off?
The software meters instance running time, so hours accrue only while the chosen instance runs. Because compute is provisioned only during recovery events, you avoid software charges between events. Underlying AWS storage for replicated data may still incur separate fees.
How do I decide which of the three instance types to run?
The three dimensions differ only in the underlying AWS instance profile. Match the instance to the compute demands of your recovery workload. Larger workloads or faster recovery may call for more capacity. Billing follows the instance you actually run, per hour.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
Version release notes
This is first release of the product on marketplace. The product supports migration of virtual machines from other public & private clouds in to AWS as native EC2 instances.
