What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me about this application was it centralizes our compliance work.Automatic evidance gathering saves our tones of time, being constantly monitored make sure we are always ready, and the easy interface makes everything a breeze. The onboarding process weent so well, and they have been great about answering our all questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is bit high particularly for snaller teams.Some of the integrations have additional configurations needed, but we have not had any performance problems. It is more of an expense issue rather than a functional one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the need for manual labour in compliance review. We save time by monitoring controlls, gathering evidance, and preparing for audits quicker. It allows the team to see our security status in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Uploading a vendor's SOC 2 PDF directly into the dashboard automatically highlights all their security exceptions and control failures for you. My daily routine of manually skimming through massive audit documents just to clear a new software purchase is entirely gone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller development agencies often send over badly formatted custom policy documents that completely break the automated text reader. My team eventually ends up typing out the vendor risk scores by hand just to push the overall compliance status to a hundred percent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
External auditors stop grilling us over third-party risk because every single external software license has a clear, timestamped security review attached to it. Enterprise clients reviewing Trank Technologies immediately sign off on our data privacy measures the second they see our strictly monitored vendor roster.

What do you like best about the product?
The background scan on our Google Workspace logins immediately catches whenever an art director buys a subscription to a random new AI rendering tool. I finally see all the shadow software floating around the agency without having to physically audit people's browser histories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system treats a harmless stock vector website the exact same way it treats a payroll platform, flagging everything without a formal security audit as a massive red alert. I waste hours every month manually overriding these fake risks just to get our overall compliance percentage back to a normal number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge corporate brands actually trust us with their unreleased commercial footage because we can definitively prove exactly which third-party apps touch their files. Their legal teams take one look at our strictly monitored vendor list and immediately rubber-stamp the agency contract.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has helped us simplify a lot of our day to day compliance work . the automated evidence collection and continuous monitoring are especially useful , and the dashboard gives us a clear view of what needs attention . it also performs well , onboarding was straightforward and customer support has been reliable .
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is probably the biggest downside , particularly for smaller teams . a few advanced features can also take some time to set up and understand , but we have not had any major performance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away much of the repetitive work involved in collecting evidence and tracking security controls . this saves our team time and keeps compliance activities organized and makes it easier to stay ready for audits and security reviews . I honestly like this product a lot and mainly I like its AI features .
