What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Secureframe is how it gives me and my clients team one clear place to manage compliance. As a vCISO, the continuous monitoring, automated evidence collection, and straightforward view of open gaps make it much easier to stay organized and keep progress moving. It cuts down on a lot of manual work and helps turn compliance into an ongoing process instead of a last-minute scramble before an audit.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially when setting up integrations and working through the initial requirements. Like any compliance tool, it still takes some time to make sure the controls fit the business, but once everything is configured, the ongoing process is much easier to manage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secureframe is helping us move away from a manual, scattered approach to compliance. As a vCISO, I can use it to track controls, collect evidence, identify gaps, and keep the team aligned on what needs attention. That saves time, improves visibility, and helps my clients stay audit-ready while strengthening its overall security program.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how Secureframe simplifies complex compliance requirements and gives a clear view of what needs to be completed to stay audit-ready. It helps automate compliance tasks and track security requirements, so we are always prepared for audits without wasting time on manual processes. The initial setup was straightforward, and it's a great tool to use alongside Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira as it makes managing compliance much more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some integrations can take a bit of time to configure, and I would like to see more customization options in certain compliance workflows. A few integrations with internal tools required some extra setup and testing before everything worked smoothly. It would also be helpful to have more flexibility in customizing compliance workflows, notifications, and reporting to better match different team processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Secureframe to simplify compliance management, automate tasks, track security requirements, and stay audit-ready without spending too much time on manual processes.

What do you like best about the product?

It has given us a clear path for keeping our software secure and robust. Even when we add new features or start new projects, it helps ensure everything stays up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be helpful if you could support GitHub Issues as a ticket tracker.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re working to make our product HIPPA and SOC2 compliant, and Secureframe is providing a clear, straightforward path to get there.

What do you like best about the product?

Best features about Secureframe are a list of API available. Our organization was able to link applications and verify security awareness, mitigate risk daily, and upload evidence for our SOC2 audits all in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?

The application still takes time to refresh on some instances and we have another application for policies and training that I wish had an API.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secureframe allows us to have an oversight on our security, operations, policies to maintain our compliance for SOC2.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Secureframe for how it streamlines old communication, collaboration, and management of tasks, vendors, systems, and accounts under one dashboard. I appreciate the ability to use multiple filters, the solid integration, and the notification system that works well. The scoring under one account for SOC 2 compliance is really helpful. The initial setup was very easy, and the Secureframe team was really helpful from the beginning.

What do you dislike about the product?

I didn't like the UI UX. Sometimes the sync feature is not reliable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Secureframe to manage vendors and compliance documents, integrate various software for SOC 2 compliance, and streamline communication and task management through one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?

I really enjoy the setup and how easy it is to Navigate the system! Performance has been smooth sailing so far!

Integration gaps may be a possible down the road

Gathering evidence, logging evidence, a place to have our SSP broken down really helps to see where our gaps are in our process

What do you like best about the product?

The ease of use and the depth of detail in the system. It has streamlined my process and training for new hires and made my testing easier to accomplish.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I truly dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SecureFrame is housing all of my Network and HIPAA policies. It has also provided a great tool for training and onboarding.

The Secureframe platform is easy to navigate, and the requirements for certification are clearly mapped out.

Nothing much really. Secureframe is amazing!

Secureframe is helping my company to get ready for our SOC 2 audit, and other frameworks in the future.

For me, the biggest benefit is the automation. Secureframe removes a lot of the manual effort from compliance by automatically collecting evidence and keeping everything organized in one place. It also provides a clear view of what’s already complete and what still needs attention, which makes audit preparation feel much less stressful.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest downside is that there can be a bit of a learning curve when you're first setting everything up. There are a lot of integrations and compliance controls, so it takes some time to understand how everything fits together. Once it's configured, though, it's much easier to manage.

It automates evidence collection, keeps compliance tasks organized, and provides visibility into what's complete and what still needs attention. That saves time, reduces manual effort, and makes preparing for audits much less stressful.

I also like the simple software interface and the nice AI features. The initial setup was easy enough, which made getting started with it straightforward.

I find the naming complex sometimes unclear
