Secureframe Makes Team Compliance Clear and Aligned

  • February 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secure frame makes it really easy to get the whole team into compliance. It also helps us make sure everyone understands what’s happening and why we’re doing it, so the process feels clear and aligned across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a noticeable lag between steps, so everything takes longer than it needs to, and I end up paying less attention to what’s in front of me. It’s a small issue and not really a problem overall, but it is annoying. If the content were more engaging, I’d have a better chance of getting involved and staying focused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 compliance is important for us. We work with key construction businesses, so having this support in place really matters.

SecureFrame: Time-Saving Compliance for Any Team

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame is a time-saver for companies who want to reach compliance. They've been around for a while and by listening to their customers, they've ensured that their platform is easy to use for both technical and non-technical members. If you aren't a compliance expert, consider SecureFrame. You'll get a nice, long checklist of work to get you into compliance, which is great! Often times coming up with this list of work is difficult and time-consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a blocker or big deal, but they don't support GitHub Issues as a ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to make sure our cloud environments are in compliance. It's hard knowing where to start, so SecureFrame simplifies it by integrating with your environment and giving you the list of items to fix (along with guides on how to fix them).

Secureframe: Easy, Powerful Compliance Management with Fast Time-to-Value

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is a great tool for managing multiple compliance and certification standards, creating objective, measurable targets and making it easy to see your gaps. It's very easy to use yet powerful; simple menus; very quick time to value. Live chat customer support means you are never left stranded. Vendor and risk management functions that get you away from spreadsheets are an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The risk management function could do with tweaking to make it a fully functioning module. It's better thana spreadsheet but a little way below a dedicated risk management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complex management of several overlapping standards and certifications.

A Game-Changer in Compliance Management

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Secureframe for compliance and appreciate that it unifies everything into a centralized platform, helping to identify issues, manage vendors, and keep our documents and policies in one place. This reduces manual work significantly by automating a lot of it. It's really easy to connect to our platform with diverse integrations, which makes it easy to manage, track, and progress with great visibility. The platform has been a game changer; it allows us to bring the team together and collaborate easily. Secureframe is our first compliance platform, and I find it reliable, very easy to use, and word-of-mouth recommendations confirm this. The setup was very easy with dedicated support available at any time to answer questions, and they respond very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe they can add more frameworks and automate more work and data inputs based on information extracted from other software about the company. Just to reduce more manual process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe provides a centralized platform to identify issues, manage vendors, documents, and policies, reducing manual work through automation. It streamlines compliance, digitizes processes, and enhances team collaboration with easy management, tracking, and visibility.

Streamlined ISO Certification, Minimal Manual Work

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Secureframe for its efficiency and the reduction in manual work. It makes our auditing process much easier and helps us keep track of employee statuses regarding policy sign-offs and training efficiently. We need fewer people to operate our security management system, which is a great time-saver. Additionally, joining the team after the setup, I found that I needed zero training as it was very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if Secureframe had a user management access log that we could add to, instead of having to keep that separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Secureframe to manage our ISO 27001 certification, which reduces our manual work and makes auditing easier. It's really useful for tracking employee statuses for policy sign-off and training. We also need fewer people for security management, improving efficiency.

It's great that Secureframe has integrations with everything we need, so we don't have to manually copy over data, which saves us a lot of effort. Also, the initial setup was very easy, which was a relief.

Making Audits, Policies, and Cloud Security Manageable

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Secureframe is that it makes compliance feel way less painful than it usually is.
It does a lot of the boring stuff for you automatically pulling evidence, checking controls, and keeping things up to date so you’re not chasing screenshots or spreadsheets. It also lays everything out really clearly, so instead of wondering “what am I supposed to do next?”, you just follow the steps.
The audit side is a big win too. You can see exactly where you stand at any moment, and working with auditors is way more straightforward. It doesn’t feel like a mad rush at the last minute.
Basically, Secureframe turns compliance from a stressful, once-a-year headache into something that just runs in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Secureframe feels kind of rigid like - it wants you to do things its way, even if your setup doesn’t quite match. The automation helps a lot, but you still end up doing manual work and explaining things more often than you’d expect.

The price can also be hard to justify, especially for smaller teams. And at the beginning, it can feel overwhelming because there’s so much going on and you’re still figuring out what actually matters.

Support is usually fine, but when you have a more specific or nuanced question, the answers can feel a bit generic.

It’s a solid tool, just not a magic button you still have to think, make decisions, and sometimes work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, audit management. Before Secureframe, audits felt chaotic: tracking evidence, figuring out what auditors wanted, and scrambling at the last minute. Secureframe puts everything in one place and shows exactly what’s done and what’s missing, so audits feel way more controlled and predictable. That alone saves a ton of time and stress.
Second, getting people familiar with company policies. Policies usually end up as PDFs no one reads. Secureframe makes them easy to distribute, track, and acknowledge, so employees actually know what’s expected of them. That’s helped turn policies into something practical instead of just “audit paperwork.”
Third, monitoring and fixing security issues in AWS. Secureframe continuously checks our Amazon Cloud setup and flags things like risky configurations or missing controls. Instead of finding problems during an audit (or worse, after an incident), we can catch and fix them early.
Overall, it helps me stay on top of audits, keeps the team aligned on security expectations, and gives better visibility into what’s happening in our cloud without everything being manual.

Effortlessly Simplifies GRC Management

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Secureframe is to use. It's intuitive and faster compared to its competitors, which is amazing for us. We love this platform and it's something we like to resell to our clients. It's important for it to be intuitive because we have a large team using it, so we don't have a lot of time for training. Secureframe helps us understand what's broken and what we need to do to fix any issues. Moreover, setting up Secureframe was very easy; we got the platform up and running in just about a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us reduce the effort needed to run a GRC program for our clients by roughly 95%.

Secureframe Makes Compliance Clear, Automated, and Audit-Ready

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Secureframe is how it turns compliance into a clear, manageable process. The platform brings together automation, structured workflows, and audit-ready templates, which removes a lot of the manual work and uncertainty that usually come with compliance.

It’s easy to use for both technical and non-technical users, helps keep everyone accountable, and significantly reduces audit stress.

As a best practice, I’d recommend connecting integrations early and keeping the platform continuously up to date to get the most benefit from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe can feel limiting in more complex or non-standard environments. Some workflows aren’t flexible enough and end up requiring manual handling outside the platform.

There’s also a noticeable learning curve at the start. It takes time to fully understand how controls, evidence, and tests connect, and how that relationship affects day-to-day work.

Best practice: plan onboarding carefully and document any custom processes early, so you can reduce friction later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe addresses the challenge of managing SOC 2 compliance in a structured, repeatable way. It replaces spreadsheets, email threads, and scattered documents with a single, clear system.

For us, that means time saved, less manual work, and lower audit stress. It also improves visibility into our compliance status, helps keep owners accountable, and makes audits feel more predictable and efficient.

Best practice: use Secureframe continuously, not just right before an audit, to get long-term value and avoid last-minute gaps.
