Streamlined Questionnaire Process with AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Secureframe makes it easy to upload information and it only takes a couple of minutes to get a large chunk of the form filled out. It's viable for me because I can fill out forms quicker for onboarding companies, which helps close deals faster, shortens the sales cycle, and makes it easier for my compliance team to complete the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the questions are filled out in the questionnaires. In fact, most are not filled out, which is a bit disappointing. Some of the answers are guesses, and although they inform you of this, I would have hoped for more of the questions to be filled out automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Secureframe to fill out tedious security questionnaires quickly. It auto-completes sections with AI and past data, saving time and helping my compliance team. This speeds up onboarding and shortens the sales cycle, even though not all questions are completed automatically.
Centralized Security Solution with AI Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Secureframe provides a single source of truth, which is really helpful for maintaining consistency in security reviews. I also appreciate the SSO login feature, which simplifies accessing the system. The onboarding process has been easy for me, which makes it convenient to get started with using Secureframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI doesn't do as good of a job on first pass answers on security reviews as it could. Some of the answers are wrong or missing.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Secureframe helpful for SOC-2 as it gathers all the info I need. The employees have been very helpful. I value the integrations, especially because you can do most reviews within Secureframe. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Secureframe to accept security and compliance documents and to complete required security training and background checks. I appreciate that it centralizes all compliance tasks in an easy-to-view dashboard. I find the training videos to be engaging and informative, which makes the process more enjoyable than other security trainings I've completed in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some technical bugs when trying to complete the security training. It was not able to save my completed training and I had to go back and re-try a few times which was time consuming and frustrating because I was on a deadline.

I like using Secureframe for its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to work with. The customer support service is also great, providing assistance when needed. I really value the dozens of integrations it offers, especially for monitoring and evidence collection. The vendor risk assessment module streamlines the questionnaire process, and the integration ecosystem covers major enterprise tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Atlassian, and Falcon. Secureframe also assists with policy development, the security training annual program, and preparation for different frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. The initial setup was easy, with support from Secureframe's customer success team.

I use Secureframe for SOC 2 Type 1 preparation, it makes the SOC 2 audit process easier. It's user-friendly, offers excellent customer support, and integrates with major enterprise tools. It streamlines vendor risk assessments and aids in policy development and security training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy use of Secureframe when working with audit firms. It's great that the team we partnered with can pull the evidence straight down from us, making the whole process smoother. I find the automated testing feature easy to use, which the DevOps team was able to implement efficiently. The ability to tie controls directly into GCP or AWS environments and receive warnings when controls aren't passing makes compliance checks a lot easier. Providing access to the tool for auditors, allowing them to pull down the evidence they need, simplifies the process significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better user access review program. That would help with one of our controls and is something that could definitely be improved.

Secureframe helps us with automated control testing year-round and keeps us in compliance with the C2 standard. It's easy to show auditors evidence, and the DevOps team easily implements automated testing. It ties controls directly into GCP or AWS environments, simplifying audit processes.

What do you like best about the product?
As an HR Rep, I've primarily used SecureFrame for our SOC 2 Compliance data. So far, the platform has been remarkably user-friendly. Creating folders and adding necessary documentation - like screenshots and reports - is easy and provides an excellent way to keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor drawback I've encountered is in the report/doc upload process. When using the dropdown menu to categorize the file, I found that the available options didn't always accurately reflect the type of report/doc I was uploading. It would be highly beneficial if we had the ability to add or customize more choices in that dropdown, perhaps through an Admin function (which I don't currently have).
