What do you like best about the product?

The ease of use and the depth of detail in the system. It has streamlined my process and training for new hires and made my testing easier to accomplish.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I truly dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SecureFrame is housing all of my Network and HIPAA policies. It has also provided a great tool for training and onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?

The Secureframe platform is easy to navigate, and the requirements for certification are clearly mapped out.

Nothing much really. Secureframe is amazing!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secureframe is helping my company to get ready for our SOC 2 audit, and other frameworks in the future.

What do you like best about the product?

For me, the biggest benefit is the automation. Secureframe removes a lot of the manual effort from compliance by automatically collecting evidence and keeping everything organized in one place. It also provides a clear view of what’s already complete and what still needs attention, which makes audit preparation feel much less stressful.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest downside is that there can be a bit of a learning curve when you're first setting everything up. There are a lot of integrations and compliance controls, so it takes some time to understand how everything fits together. Once it's configured, though, it's much easier to manage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secureframe solves the challenge of managing compliance manually. It automates evidence collection, keeps compliance tasks organized, and provides visibility into what's complete and what still needs attention. That saves time, reduces manual effort, and makes preparing for audits much less stressful.

I use Secureframe for managing my SOC2 audit. I appreciate the clear framework and automatic validation it offers, along with the easy matching with auditors. I also like the simple software interface and the nice AI features. The initial setup was easy enough, which made getting started with it straightforward.

I find the naming complex sometimes unclear

What do you like best about the product?

Secureframe made our ISO 27001 compliance journey smoother. The platform centralized our policies, evidence collection, and compliance tracking, making it much easier to stay organized throughout the certification process. The automation features reduced manual effort, and the clear guidance helped us address requirements efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

It asks for evidence for every clause. I think this could be simplified and grouped with similar requests, in line with ISO requirements.

Secureframe brought everything into a single platform, automated much of the evidence gathering, and provided clear visibility into our compliance status. This reduced the time and effort required from our team, simplified audit preparation, improved accountability, and helped us achieve and maintain ISO 27001 compliance with greater confidence.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Secureframe's systematic test framework that breaks down the entire 229 test SOC 2 landscape into clear, actionable items. The ownership and coordination features keep our teams aligned, which is great. The automated evidence collection through AWS integrations is also crucial for us. The initial setup was smooth; our account manager provided walkthroughs and has always been responsive. The interface is easy to navigate and it has one of the best chatbots out there, honestly.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn't a lot that needs improvement in my experience with Secureframe. A small thing could be that some of the tests miss the details and 'how to pass this test' that most tests provide and are pretty helpful as well. Also, adding context on how exactly a test will play out during the audit will be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without Secureframe, managing SOC2 compliance would be manual and fragmented. It coordinates compliance, automates evidence gathering, manages risks, maintains an audit trail, and creates a single source of truth, reducing the compliance prep burden.

Great interface with simple to find controls and processes to help you get audit ready

What do you dislike about the product?

The ability to integrate existing company policies versus using the out-of-the-box Secureframe policies can be confusing for users who have already completed training and/or are certified.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The fast-track ability to be audit-ready, along with the pre-audit checks, is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?

Secureframe does a great job of streamlining the process and even educating the user by guiding them through complex regulatory and compliance requirements in an organized manner.

What do you dislike about the product?

Secureframe has a learning curve, which is manageable thanks in part to their support team. Some compliance frameworks are better suited for a Secureframe experience than others, their PCI is great and SOC2 is still very useful.

Secureframe turns an acronym into a step by step process. It also monitors your environment and can let you know when you have regressions. The guidance for SOC2 is also useful.

I like using Secureframe because it helps streamline my workflow and makes compliance management much easier. The platform keeps everything organized in one place, automates many time-consuming tasks, and provides clear visibility into our security and compliance status. This allows me to spend less time on manual processes and more time focusing on higher-value work. Secureframe also helps our team stay on track with requirements and deadlines, making the overall compliance process more efficient and less stressful.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Secureframe is a valuable tool, there are some aspects that can be frustrating at times. Certain integrations can require additional setup or troubleshooting, and occasionally the platform may generate alerts or tasks that need manual review even when they are not immediately relevant.

The application has integrations with the main vendors for many of the applications that we use.

Navigation sometimes doesn't feel that intuitive.
