Secureframe Took the Stress Out Of Our Audit Process
What do you like best about the product?
What Really stood out for me is how secureframe made the whole audit process easier and faster for our team. They guided us through every step from connecting our system to setting up automated evidence collection. Their customer service team was incredible, they were patient, responsive and always ready to explain thing clearly. It honestly felt like we had an extra team working alongside us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I've any issues so far. Everything works smoothly and the few questions we had were quickly handled by support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Secureframe, Preparing for Audits used to e stressful and time consuming. Now, we can track compliance tasks, collect evidence automatically and stay ready year round. It has saved us so much time and given us confidence knowing everything is audit ready whenever needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is friendly and enjoyable to work with, and the platform itself is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I find the platform to be excellent. However, I believe it would be beneficial if the policy templates were made easier to use.

                            Effortless Compliance and Audit-Ready with Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has made my daily life stress-free as it relates to compliance.I manage financial data that must be very strictly regulated, and this platform organizes all of it and makes everything easily audit-able. Automated evidence gathering that saves hours of manual labor and I can see exactly what controls are done or not done. The interface is clean, and I didn’t have to possess obscure technical knowledge to dive in — a thing I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
The refresh is not instantaneous on the dashboard after uploading a number of documents. Also, although we do have some seamless integrations with our tools (such as DocuSign), others required a small amount of setup from IT. In sum, these are relatively small inconveniences for the efficiency we’ve gained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Secureframe, when it came time for an audit, stitching together a full picture felt like assembling a jigsaw puzzle by pulling pieces from different spreadsheets and folders. But now every document, control and policy lives in one place. It lowers the probability of missing important files and helps us maintain a concise audit trail for regulatory reviews. Our compliance reporting time has been reduced by almost half - that’s a number I can live with, as it allows me more time for reconciliations and client accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use everything is on Secureframe. An all of the above solution as someone running multiple departments, with no time for steep learning curves. The dashboard tells me the status of every compliance activity and the automatic notifications have helped my team stay on track. We’ve also used it to manage vendor assessments, which used to take days but now takesjust  afew clicks. Their support team is quick to respond and they “treat you like a member of their family, not just a number,” as Perimutter put it. Their knowledgeable support team explains things in a manner that even non-technical staff can understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of idiosyncrasies in the reporting module — sometimes it’s too cumbersome to get custom report formatting. I want to be able to bring up data from third party integrations while being connected without needing to do any manual setup. None of this is a deal-breaker, but it would ease scaling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Secureframe, compliance documents were all over the place in folders. Now, it’s all in a single secure cloud workspace — from SOC 2 evidence to vendor audit trails. It cut down on back-and-forth emails, kept our audit logs clean, and made renewals so much easier. We’ve cut at least 40% off of our preparation time for compliance, and I can view high-level progress on everything with just one glance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Secureframe is making the entire compliance process easier. It just seems easy and well-designed, from onboarding to daily monitoring. The dashboard provides a nice overview of where we’re at with our security audits, and saved me a lot of manual tracking time. The templates and automation capabilities, helpedus set up faster documentation for compliance without having to filter through multiple spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I don’t like, but occasionally the integrations with other tools such as Slack or Jira require some finagling to operate well. We took longer than we should have to set it up due to permissions and syncing issues. Several more video tutorials for nontechnical users would be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Secureframe, managing compliance felt scattered and repetitive. Now it’s all automated: documentation, tracking, and reporting. It has decreased our manual labor by at least 25%, and for the auditors, we are more comfortable. The automated reminders also mean that we never miss deadlines for being compliant, which in the past used to be quite a stressful point of drama.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has made it super easy for our team to manage compliance across all teams. As an ops manager, I have enjoyed having a single place to track our vendors, data policies, and audit progress. Automation for reminders and tracking documents has eliminated manual follow ups. The UI is intuitive even for non-technical members of the team, and Slack integration ensures everyone’s in the know without more emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a bit of a learning curve to get started especially when importing older vendor records. Some reports could offer more in the way of customization. Other than that, the platform has been reliable and responsive when we encountered issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a disjointed compliance workflow of different tools and different people using them prior to Secureframe. Now, everything is centralized. “At the end of the day, Secureframe audits our policies so we don't have to - and it automatically notifies us when it's time to update something or before a deadline.” It has also helped us to have better flow of communication between our IT and operations teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe helps our retail team stay organized with compliance-related tasks, preventing any chaos. I appreciate having everything—SOC 2 documents, vendor certificates, and more—in a single, easily accessible location. The dashboard is intuitive and notifies us when renewal dates are coming up. I especially like how user-friendly the system is, even for someone like me with limited technical experience. The onboarding checklists and policy templates have saved me hours of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initialtial setup was a little time consuming because, because some of our older vendor systems did not sync right away.Plus, reports mightalso load more quickly when multiple users are logged on at the same time. Other than that, it’s smooth sailing once it’s set up. The support staff is great, but sometimes you have to wait on a response queue longer than you like during audit season.

Now, everything is centralized in one place, making it much easier to keep track of policies, vendor audits, and internal reports. No Issues so far. The setup was smooth and the support team made the whole onboarding process quick and painless.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is how easy it is to monitor compliance tasks without swimming through a bunch of spreadsheets. Everything remains orderly, and the dashboard provides an overview of what’s done and still to be taken care of. The reminder system is great — it’s saved us from missing renewal dates more than once. And it helps that their support team is great — when we report something, they actually listen and fix things quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not perfect. Faster loading for the reporting-page (especially with larger data sets). Also, a handful of integrations require extra steps to configure. It’s great once up and running, but the setup could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Thera, managing compliance across clients was a pain — too many files, too many tools. Now, everything is consolidated. We use it weekly, occasionally daily for audits. It has cut our manual checking time down a lot.
We set it up within a month and have had a plan for 2 years which we’ve renewed once at, I think, about 20% off. About 90 percent of our users actively use it. For us, the payoff was in just the first year because it saves hours of audit prep every month.
