Great interface with simple to find controls and processes to help you get audit ready

What do you dislike about the product?

The ability to integrate existing company policies versus using the out-of-the-box Secureframe policies can be confusing for users who have already completed training and/or are certified.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The fast-track ability to be audit-ready, along with the pre-audit checks, is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?

Secureframe does a great job of streamlining the process and even educating the user by guiding them through complex regulatory and compliance requirements in an organized manner.

What do you dislike about the product?

Secureframe has a learning curve, which is manageable thanks in part to their support team. Some compliance frameworks are better suited for a Secureframe experience than others, their PCI is great and SOC2 is still very useful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secureframe turns an acronym into a step by step process. It also monitors your environment and can let you know when you have regressions. The guidance for SOC2 is also useful.

What do you like best about the product?

I like using Secureframe because it helps streamline my workflow and makes compliance management much easier. The platform keeps everything organized in one place, automates many time-consuming tasks, and provides clear visibility into our security and compliance status. This allows me to spend less time on manual processes and more time focusing on higher-value work. Secureframe also helps our team stay on track with requirements and deadlines, making the overall compliance process more efficient and less stressful.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Secureframe is a valuable tool, there are some aspects that can be frustrating at times. Certain integrations can require additional setup or troubleshooting, and occasionally the platform may generate alerts or tasks that need manual review even when they are not immediately relevant.

The application has integrations with the main vendors for many of the applications that we use.

What do you dislike about the product?

Navigation sometimes doesn't feel that intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staying compliant with our SOC2 certification and 1 custom federal certification. This tool helps to keep all parties involved in this process.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s a very friendly platform and easy to use. It also integrates smoothly with other platforms, and the dashboard is especially helpful for tracking the project’s status. Pricing feels about average. On top of that, the support team is really good and helps keep the whole process smooth so the project can be completed without unnecessary friction.

I don't have any complain, they are very structure

To have all the documentation, and all the requirements for SOC 2 type 2

Useful platform for keeping me organized and making sure that I'm on task when completing an audit

What do you dislike about the product?

The specific auditor that we used did not use the ticket tracking in Secureframe and so it make some duplicative work

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping me to understand everything that is required through a SCO2 audit. Saves me a ton of time and helps me to know exactly what I need to do

What do you like best about the product?

I think Secureframe is great. Managing my tasks for outstanding clients is handled well, and I like the integrations with my SaaS and cloud software tools, including cloud architecture and AWS. It sends me reminders when assets are out of the products, which is really handy. The platform integrates everything into one simple place, making it easy to manage tasks seamlessly and assign them to users in my organization. The automated way it provides real-time views of my client's status with dashboards and integrations is fantastic. The UI and usability are set up great for a fractional CSO like me.

What do you dislike about the product?

Possibly some more vendor integrations and provide other alerting via Slack.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Secureframe to integrate everything into one place, manage tasks seamlessly, assign them, and view real-time client info. It offers dashboards and integrates all the tools I use, helping manage assets and receive reminders.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the ease of use of Secureframe. It's been really helpful to have the responsiveness of the customer success manager (Andrew Chou), who's assisted me a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?

There were some integration issues, but that was resolved through IT. I was confused about, like, internal and external vulnerability scanning and what's necessary, what's not necessary, like the pen test. Apparently, it's not necessary for SOC 2 Type 1. But it is strongly recommended for Type 2. I didn't really know that. I was confused, and I went ahead and looked for penetration testing, even though I didn't really need it. Onboarding could be improved. Initial setup was pretty daunting when I just didn't know what to do. I actually went ahead and did some stuff that was wrong until I spoke with the customer success managers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secureframe helped me through evidence collection for compliance, gave clear instructions on what to upload, and allowed me to handle tasks I've never done before.

What do you like best about the product?

SecureFrame has a light and easy to navigate interface. I appreciate how supportive and responsive the customer support team is and the onboarding experience is really great.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish there were more integrations, particularly under Training, Vuln Management, and Background checks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating compliance readiness using Secureframe is vastly easier and more complete than managing SOC 2 with spreadsheets and Google Docs.

What do you like best about the product?

Securerame makes audit preparation really easy. It’s straightforward to use, and the support team is great—responsive and timely whenever I need help.

What do you dislike about the product?

Our personnel would like to be able to see the status of their Secureframe Agent installation, as well as the compliance status of their workstations. Other than that, we don’t have anything we dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have a centralized overview of our security posture. Issues are flagged as they occur, so we always know what needs to be fixed and can stay on top of them. Evidence collection is also easy, which makes the overall process much smoother.
