(3) High-intent buyer signals - Enabling Sales and RevOps team to engage with the right Customers, right economic buyers at the right time.
B2B SaaS companies are often hindered by slow, inefficient growth due to high Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and long sales cycles. Despite substantial Sales & Marketing spending, most fail to capture the full potential of their market.
SaaS Company Challenges:
1. High Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC): B2B SaaS companies typically invest heavily in acquiring new customers, leading to inflated CAC.
2. Inefficient Growth: Growth is often slow due to long sales cycles and misaligned sales strategies.
3. Unmet Buyer Preferences: Approximately 97% of buyers prefer to start with Self-Serve options, allowing them to sign up, try, and buy small without engaging with a sales representative.
THRIVESTACK: A COMPREHENSIVE GROWTH PLATFORM COMBINING PRODUCT-LED AND HUMAN-LED GROWTH STRATEGIES
ThriveStack.ai offers three key capabilities in a single platform:
1. Self-serve Growth Infrastructure: This feature enables your product to allow prospects to sign up and try your product independently. By providing a seamless self-serve experience, potential customers can explore and understand the value of your product without the need for direct sales intervention. This not only enhances the user experience but also accelerates the onboarding process, leading to quicker conversions and reduced sales cycles.
2. Product Analytics: ThriveStack.ai empowers growth engineering teams with robust analytics tools to track essential growth metrics such as Acquisition, Retention, Activation, Conversion, and Engagement. By having access to detailed insights and data, teams can make informed decisions, optimize their strategies, and identify areas for improvement. This data-driven approach ensures that growth efforts are targeted and effective, ultimately leading to sustained business growth.
3. High-intent Buyer Signals: This capability enables Sales and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams to engage with the right customers and economic buyers at the right time. By identifying and prioritizing high-intent signals, teams can focus their efforts on prospects who are most likely to convert, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales processes. This targeted engagement not only improves conversion rates but also enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing offers two base plans plus two usage add-ons. Launch lets you start acquiring customers with product-led self-serve signup. Grow adds signal-based selling to build revenue. You pick the plan that matches your growth stage. Two add-ons let you scale beyond what each plan includes. Additional MAUs are billed per extra 1,000 monthly active users. Additional GTM seats are billed per extra seat for your go-to-market team. You combine a base plan with add-ons as your usage and team size increase.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Monthly Active User (MAU) for the additional MAUs add-on?
An MAU is a monthly tracked user whose journey the platform monitors across your funnel. Base plans include a set number of tracked users. The additional MAUs add-on bills per extra block of 1,000 tracked users beyond what your plan includes.
How do the base plans and add-ons combine on my bill?
You start with one base plan, either Launch or Grow. Each includes a set number of tracked users and seats. When you exceed those, the additional MAUs and additional GTM seats add-ons bill separately. Your total combines the base plan plus each add-on you use.
What is the difference between the Launch and Grow plans?
Launch focuses on acquiring customers through product-led self-serve signup. Grow adds signal-based selling, using revenue signals across ads, website traffic, billing, and conversion to drive revenue. You pick the plan matching your current growth stage.
