Refunds are available within 5 business days of the subscription start date if no support hours have been consumed. To request a refund, contact us at support@perfsys.com with your AWS account ID and subscription details. Refund requests submitted after this period or after hours have been used will not be eligible. We review all requests within 2 business days.
