Vendor refund policy
ECAL monthly contracts are payable monthly in advance. If user subscriptions exceed plan limits, clients are charged monthly for additional users added to the plan limit. Monthly contracts can cancel anytime, no refunds apply. ECAL annual contracts are payable 12 months in advance and include a price guarantee (no extra fees for additional users) on approval only. Annual contract clients can cancel on 30 days notice, refunds are provided on a pro rata basis, with a minimum 6 months commitment.
