Overview
Ticket System is a self hosted helpdesk and support ticket management platform that deploys directly onto your own AWS EC2 instance, giving your team full control over your data with no SaaS fees, no third party hosting, and no vendor lockin. A built in web installer walks you through the entire setup in minutes: database connection, schema creation, admin account, and branding, all through a browser, no command line required. Once live, all configuration including SMTP email, Telegram notifications, Lark integration, and Google OAuth is managed through an in app System Configuration panel.
Built for IT support teams and managed service providers, Ticket System covers the full ticket lifecycle from creation through resolution. Support agents acknowledge, forward, and update tickets while administrators track team performance with built in daily and monthly reporting, user performance scorecards, and ticket trend analytics. The integrated Knowledge Base lets teams capture resolved cases as searchable articles, reducing repeat work and enabling faster first response times. Additional features include file attachments, PDF export, severity and escalation filtering, company and sales contact management, and role based access control.
Ticket System is an AMI based product that runs on Amazon EC2 (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS) with a preinstalled stack of Nginx, MySQL 8, and PHP 8. It uses an IAM Instance Role for AWS service access. No hardcoded credentials needed.
