    What do you like best about the product?
    Gupshup has multiple platforms like SMS and WhatsApp, RCS, Bot services and has good support and secrecy systems. It's user friendly and helps communicating with customers efficiently. Also they come up different use cases to help us grow our ROI's and use updated marketing practices available in the market. Also, they can handle the volume of communications to run smoothly during any flash sales or deals.

    NA, the team is co-operative and helps tackle all problems but there are some times when the support responds late.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Gupshup has multiple platforms like SMS and WhatsApp, RCS, Bot services and has good support and secrecy systems. The support team and the overall team is good. Through gupshup we have explored multiple new trends and ways to get better ROI's, be it different types of whatsapp templates, new rcs channel etc.

    I've been using Gupshup to manage my customer communication. The platform is user-friendly, with intuitive tools for building automated workflows and personalized messaging.

    Its integration with multiple channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and web push ensures that we can connect with our audience wherever they are, making our CRM campaigns highly effective.

    What I love most is the reliability—messages are delivered on time, and the API performance is solid. Plus, their support team is prompt and helpful whenever we have questions.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think tool should be more inclined towards integration with the CRM tool like Clevertap, Moengage.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    All in one place like SMS, WA, Email. I don't have to rush to multiple places for my CRM needs. For a robust messaging solution, Gupshup is worth it. Highly recommended!

    Gupshup is easy to use, with a number of features to conduction various types of Whatsapp communications and helps in timely scheduling of campaigns and has easy integration with our marketing automation tools, with timely customer support.

    It has more scope of making the whatsapp marketing better for end to end campaign management from business to consumer
