Not as of now. However the response time from support team can be better

WhatsApp platform provided by gupshup is impressive in terms of functionality & features. It comes with a wide range of features and supports seamless API integration, which makes it easy to connect with our internal systems. The user interface is intuitive, and the platform is well-suited for both marketing campaigns and customer service workflows.

One area that needs attention is execution speed. While the platform is capable, certain actions or processes take longer than expected. This can slow things down, especially when working under tight timelines or managing multiple projects

We were heavily reliant on SMS campaigns, which led to low conversion rates and limited user engagement. It was a challenge to create personalized, interactive communication that truly resonated with our audience. With Gupshup’s feature-rich WhatsApp platform, we’ve seen a significant boost in conversion rates and overall engagement. What do you like best about the product?
Gupshup has multiple platforms like SMS and WhatsApp, RCS, Bot services and has good support and secrecy systems. It's user friendly and helps communicating with customers efficiently. Also they come up different use cases to help us grow our ROI's and use updated marketing practices available in the market. Also, they can handle the volume of communications to run smoothly during any flash sales or deals.

NA, the team is co-operative and helps tackle all problems but there are some times when the support responds late.

I think tool should be more inclined towards integration with the CRM tool like Clevertap, Moengage.
