What do you like best about the product?
Simple Interface and not too complicated
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its basically bridging the gap between our company and our consumers.
The ease at which are able to get the template approved and send it to our users it's really helping us there.

What do you like best about the product?
Gupshup is easy to configure and integrate with CRM and ERP platforms. I like how we can send out personalised bulk broadcasts to everyone in a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gupshup does not a mobile interface and the enterprise plans are not economic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use gupshup majorly for marketing and sending out bulk broadcasts . We also use bots for automating meeting reminders on WhatsApp

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to modify process flow quite easily to accommodate as per my business need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and dashboard need improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used gupshup as a could telephony solution for automated sales and service calls. We had huge benifit by saving almost 80% man hours of effort at out contact center. CSAT and call wait time reduced substantially as well

Their Easy to use and user friendly dashboard is what I like most about the gupshup,and the support team is also great.

the new Ui change it has brought is not that good

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Gupshup for quite some time now and our primary use case has been for SMS, RCS, & WhatsApp channel. There are a lot of players offering these services, but none come close to the quality, support, and the advanced capabilities gupshup has. The chatbot builder has been very instrumental in realizing the roi of WhatsApp & RCS channels. Our PoC is very responsive, and will cater to our queries/request with the utmost priority and makes sure that it get's closed asap.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major drawbacks as such in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are able to maximise our roi on whatsapp with the help of chatbots. Planning to scale this further for more use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of service is good and customer support is excellent. We use SMS marketing and Whatsapp Marketing communication and Gupshup has also stood by the service that it provides.

The customer support team and our Customer Success Manager - Sai Krishna Ramagiri has been always on top of all the latest updates and our company was exposed to latest trends in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. But they can do better in analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gupshup is solving the Whatsapp marketing communication service and SMS marketing services. it is benefitting by ensuring appropriate delivery of communication.

We have also started their chat bot builder journey and RCS feature which are quite user friendly and intuitive to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is focused on technology and keeps updating the latest tech in their stack. The Chatbot based on LLM / AI and NLP is one of the best in the market. Also, the console for the Bot journey is pretty good at creating decision tree-based structured flows. The Account manager Dhruv has been supportive and informative about the integration procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the developers/ engineering managers seem to be facing difficult with customizing the solutions as per the clients requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing messages, WABA integration, NLP and AI based chatbots help gain customer acquisition and also provide quick support to them
