    The One NZ Wallboard App provides a visually dynamic, widget-based dashboard purpose-built for displaying real-time and historical Amazon Connect metrics on large-format screens such as TVs or digital displays. With support for over 50 native Amazon Connect metrics, users can create tailored wallboards showcasing queue-level or aggregated insights. The intuitive theming engine allows full brand customization logo, color palette, and titles, while smart threshold alerts (yellow/red) enable at-a-glance operational awareness. The app is hosted securely with firewall, and authentication features included with SSO configuration available on request, ensuring both compliance and ease of access. Multiple unique wallboards can be configured and deployed simultaneously, supporting scalable operations across hundreds of display endpoints.
