The objective is to display a 360 view of the contact center or It Helpdesk activities through components available and connectors (Amazon Connect, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Ms Exchange...).
    • Push alerts, Provide feedback : Based on defined indicators and a defined threshold. Logepal can send a mobile push notification, a push email or display a scrolling message on screen. The manager can also schedule the display of messages on screen for the coming week.
    • Gamification of actions : Animate and challenge your teams graphically in a fun atmosphere, allowing real-time game visualization to improve agent achievements.
