Every tool your customers use is a tool you now have to integrate with, and building those integrations in-house never ends. That means months of engineering per connector, then a permanent maintenance tax as provider APIs change, webhooks fail silently, and one customer's bulk job takes down your sync at 2 a.m.
Paragon is the integration infrastructure for AI agents and SaaS products. Your team builds on one platform instead of rebuilding auth, connectors, event handling, and data pipelines from scratch, and ships native integrations in days instead of months. Paragon runs inside your product under your own brand, so your users connect their tools without ever leaving your app. Trusted by teams at Zendesk, Postman, Copy.ai, and Jasper.
One platform for every way your product and agents integrate
ActionKit: tools and triggers for AI agents. Give your agents thousands of pre-built actions across hundreds of apps (create a Jira issue, update a Salesforce record, send a Slack message) through one natural-language tool-calling API, and subscribe to real-time events from those same apps with a single call. No schemas to research, no endpoints to hunt.
Managed Sync: permission-aware ingestion for RAG. Continuously sync your customer's data from Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, and dozens more into your RAG pipeline. One API call backfills the full history and keeps it fresh, and Paragon indexes each source's permissions so your AI only ever surfaces what a user is allowed to see.
Workflows: custom logic when you need it. Build event-driven, multi-step automations with a visual builder, and drop to code for the hard parts.
Built for production, and for your security team Paragon is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant, with encryption in transit and at rest, VPC deployment available, tenant data isolation, full event logging and audit trails. Our Permissions API normalizes every provider's permission model behind one interface, so you control exactly what each connected account and agent can access. Under the hood: billions of requests a month, durable jobs, at-least-once delivery with automatic retries, and observability you can actually debug from.
Extensible to anything you could build yourself Paragon is built on primitives, not a fixed schema. When an off-the-shelf connector does not cover an edge case, you build a custom one with full control over the data model, instead of forcing your use case through someone else's schema or waiting on their roadmap. Engineers get back dozens of hours a week and stop maintaining connectors, and your customers get the integrations they have been asking for without a quarter of lead time.
Stop rebuilding integration infrastructure from scratch. Ship what your product and your agents need, and put your engineers back on your actual product.
Highlights
Tools and triggers for AI agents: Give your agents thousands of pre-built actions across hundreds of apps, plus real-time event triggers, through one API.
Permission-aware RAG ingestion: Sync your customers' data into your RAG pipeline with each source's access rules enforced, so your AI only surfaces what a user can already see.
Built for production, extensible to anything: Build on managed, secure infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, VPC-deployable, billions of requests a month), and when an edge case isn't in the catalog, build a custom connector and own the data model.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single Platform Fee dimension, billed as a contract. You pay one platform fee that covers access to the platform's features. Pricing does not break into separate tiers or instance sizes on the Marketplace. Instead, your cost scales with the number of Connected Users, meaning the customer organizations that use your integrations. The platform fee gives you access to the integration products, managed authentication, and the ability to build custom integrations. Because usage is tied to Connected Users rather than per-execution charges, your fee grows as more customer organizations adopt integrations.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Connected User for billing purposes?
A Connected User is a customer organization (tenant) that uses your integrations. You are billed based on how many of these customer organizations connect through the platform. Each tenant counts, not each individual person inside that organization.
Am I charged a separate fee for each integration workflow execution?
No. The platform fee is not metered per execution. Your cost scales with the number of Connected Users, not the volume of workflow runs or API calls. Adding more integrations for existing customer organizations does not add per-run charges.
What deployment options does the platform fee cover?
You can run a cloud-hosted version in US or Europe data centers, or self-host in your own infrastructure. Self-hosting supports multiple cloud providers and on-premise instances, letting you adopt your product's security posture and deploy separate instances per region or end user.

Great for Complex Workflows, But Needs More Direct Connections
Reviewed on Apr 30, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I use Paragon for more complex workflows where Zapier can't help. It's able to get data from a Google Sheet with a lot of items and push it to another tool. I like the daily scheduler because I don't need to schedule a flow manually every day; it just runs by itself, something Zapier is not able to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is less user-unfriendly than other tools, and you need to have some knowledge to code. There could also be more direct connections to tools, so it's easier to create flows. The developers had to do some work since there were not so many direct connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Paragon for complex workflows where Zapier falls short. It automates pulling data from Google Sheets to other tools. The daily scheduler automates flows, eliminating manual tasks.
I find Paragon's interface intuitive, which makes it easy to build integrations. I also appreciate that it supports a lot of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to do complex integrations with tricky logic in Paragon, as it's mostly best for straightforward integrations. Also, I wish it didn't always require a valid test account to do a lot, because sometimes I'd like to just test off of an example table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Paragon for connecting integrations and syncing data from different sources quickly across varying schemas.

Highly Customizable, Great Integration Support

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Paragon has a lot of integrations that users commonly use, which makes it relatable for any user or developer to work with their platforms. Paragon also allows us to have custom actions, letting us replace the native actions based on our specific use cases. This customization is great to have and helps us make the process very simple for our users. The integration capabilities with other applications are impressive, and the platform follows the principles of various API structures, making it versatile and effective in creating solutions for our end users. Once we architected a solution using Paragon's wrapper, it was a seamless and friendly experience, and we never had to touch the codebase again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customization for the framework cannot be modified and has to be followed within their framework. If the framework changes and the end user is not updated, it can break, causing some instability. It hasn't happened much, but it is a cause of concern sometimes. There was also a learning curve to figure things out because we had to enable our end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paragon simplifies releasing multiple integrations for our low-code platform, making it easy for users to connect applications. It provides a lot of commonly used integrations and allows custom actions to tailor user journeys. This greatly enhances our offering, enabling seamless and simple integration experiences.

World-Class Support and Comprehensive Platform Help Us Offer Integrations Faster
Reviewed on Dec 05, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Paragon for our team is the very close collaboration and partnership while building our integrations. Our customer success manager and solutions engineer (developer advocate) feel like they are part of our team and have gone so far beyond the support I'd imagined we'd receive. Working on the development side, I've worked most closely with our solutions engineer, and he's taken time to build prototypes of our integrations right inside Paragon for us. I can mention something we're struggling with, and he'll comb through the docs of whatever tool we're trying to integrate to get us information for things that don't even relate to Paragon. For our first integration (Zoom), we were able to ask him things like "how do we get the participants after the meeting is over?", and he spent time getting comfortable with Zoom's documentation and creating example workflows in Paragon for us. That level of support was unbelievable, and we would've been moving much slower without that level of cooperation. Add on that Paragon (and other customers) have gone through the end-to-end flow of their integrations, so they were able to give us tips to move faster, get through application review smoother, etc. It feels like we have a dedicated "integrations consultant" just by using the Paragon platform; everyone on the Paragon team is so invested in our success.
Additionally, I've really appreciated the flexibility Paragon's system provides for teams that want full control over their integrations. While we've used their no/low-code tools for some things, it's been easy to implement more complex setups by having full access to the APIs of the integrations we use and having webhook events go to our API for our own business logic. I don't feel locked into the GUI tools that they provide, and we've found a healthy balance of speed vs complexity by leveraging no-code for some things and sending events to our API for other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think Paragon is the closest fit for certain kinds of teams that will use the breadth of the platform, specifically teams comfortable with no/low-code GUIs, pre-built UI components, wanting deep AI integrations with minimal effort, and needing to sync data between services. That's not to say other teams won't benefit, but we use less of the Paragon platform than I would've hoped. Given the talent, seniority, and biases of our engineering team, there are certain ways we like to build which sometimes don't fit the best into the Paragon ecosystem. Other times our use cases don't fit within the services Paragon provides out of the box. While Paragon does a good job of accommodating a more code-first style with tools like their Proxy API (hit any external API endpoint while Paragon handles auth) or Custom Integrations (wrapper to handle auth/enable Paragon no-code workflows for any OAuth service), it means the scope of Paragon in our integrations are smaller. I'd call it more of a incompatibility with how we build and what we're building; after working with Paragon for the past 6 months I definitely see use cases that would benefit from the full ecosystem. One of the major features we don't utilize, Workflows (no/low-code drag and drop workflow builder), would help the right team move fast if their needs can fit within that system.
We have had some platform limitations/limited flexibility on a couple trickier integrations (namely Microsoft Teams bots vs pure Graph API requests), but I would consider these edge cases related to what we're building. The Paragon team has been super responsive and present to help us find workarounds, committing hours to build their own prototypes to see what they can get working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The result of Paragon for our team has been the ability to get integrations out faster, saving our engineering team time and getting highly requested integrations into the hands of (paying) customers sooner. There are contracts we couldn't land months ago due to lack of integrations that we've been able to reengage with the integrations we've built through Paragon. Paragon has helped us spin up integrations quickly and avoid some of the boilerplate work that would've slowed us down, like the OAuth flow or varying implementation details between platforms. Their platform is powering all of our integrations, and we've been able to build some MVPs in just a week or two. Scaffolding a new integration takes maybe 15 minutes; we've been able to focus closer on our actual business logic than time sucks during setup.
We're currently on our third integration with the platform and have seen overwhelming positive responses from customers about the capabilities we're able to offer through the integrations we've built with Paragon. Paragon has been present with us through the entire flow of getting integrations to customers, including the application approval processes. Moreover, our engineering team feels supported in what we're building knowing we have Paragon's experts on our side.
