You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

LJI provides 24x7x365, Follow the Sun model for supporting critical incidents with committed SLAs. Client users submit support requests to LJI over a dedicated Support Portal (NEWTON) or by simply writing an email to a designated LJI email ID (which automatically creates a Support Request on NEWTON). NEWTON assigns each support request a unique number. LJI support team works towards resolving each support request in accordance with the mutually agreed SLAs.
