What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is easy for our clients to use, which reduces the need for intervention from our developers and frees up time internally. The site is fast, and that speed makes editing feel quick and smooth. The built-in AI assistant is incredibly useful and helps make our processes even easier. I also love the visual editor. The team at Storyblok have also being excellent with initial support and onboarding of new clients, making the partnership seamless. We've also being able to automate workflows and live previews with the Netlify integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing needs to be more transparent and the constant rising in costs can cause friction when delivering to the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has streamlined the process of building new sites for our clients and has enabled us to offer them a fully customisable editor. Previously, we struggled because clients found other CMS platforms difficult to use, but now they can work more independently and rely less on our development team. That has freed up time for the team and helped us take on new business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Storyblok is flexible for our clients. We’re there to assist with setting up the website, but afterward it can be fully handed over so the client can manage it themselves. Our clients prefer having control of their own website, and it gives them confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like Storyblok’s pricing, because it tends to put my clients off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving my clients control to update their page and helping onboard them has been really useful. It improves speed, and the UX/UI layout is clear, which makes it easier for my clients to follow and manage updates on their own. It also includes updated options to integrate with AI, which is a huge plus for my clients at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is that it just makes building and managing content easier for everyone. As a developer, I like how flexible it is and how well it works with modern frameworks, so I can structure content the way I want without feeling restricted.
The Visual Editor is also a huge plus because content teams can see their changes as they make them, which cuts down on back-and-forth.
Overall, it has a really nice balance between giving developers the tools they need and making things simple for editors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I’ve had a really positive experience with Storyblok, so there isn’t much I dislike. If I had to pick something, it’s that there can be a bit of a learning curve when you're first setting up content models or getting familiar with all the features. Once everything is configured it does become much more intuitive and the flexibility is well worth that initial time to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok solves a lot of the complexity around managing content for multilingual websites while keeping development straightforward. The locale features make it easy to organise and maintain translated content without creating duplicate structures, which saves a lot of time and reduces the chance of mistakes. From a development perspective, the component-based approach and flexible APIs make it quick to build new features and iterate without fighting the CMS.
