A solid choice for your headless CMS with a wonderful authoring experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok's visual editor is a delight to all of our content authors. The page and content-building experience is intuitive, fast, and provides immediate feedback. There is no guessing what the result is going to look like. It is fast and easy to get set up and building content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storyblok's Javascript libraries need love and attention. The developer experience with integrating and using them needs work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok gives autonomy to our content authors to build and publish not only content but also an experience with brand and message alignment. The content authors can construct new campaigns and messages and assemble their mission through the CMS and the visual editor. They can then push that message to the world when they are ready and react to feedback and analytics without involving developers. From a technical perspective, using a product such as Storyblok, we can avoid having to build, host, and monitor infrastructure and applications that would require staffing. Instead, we can hire developers who focus on constructing the visual components for our content-authoring team to drive their goals. We stay focused on our objective without having to worry about the underpinnings of the technology.

It's expensive compared to the competition.

Storyblok is easy to use, intuitive and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok allows us to publish flexible content across our site with ease. We've had no issues using the platform for the last year and a half, and find the account and support team really helpful if we have any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occaisonally find the uploading of assets a little slow, but nothing problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok has pivotal in our choice to move to a headless front-end on the site. It's allowed our team to create a flexible design across multiple elements and showcase our products in a much better way.
Easy-to-Use Headless CMS with Powerful Real-Time Editing and Multilingual Support
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time visual editor allows you to see your updates side by side in real time, without needing to refresh the page or visit a separate preview page. The ability to easily copy and paste modules from one page to another is highly useful. Additionally, it provides valuable tools for managing content across multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to find some pages in the Content section. The search functionality occasionally displays irrelevant results. In other CMS platforms, when you're logged in and visit a live page, there is a banner at the bottom that displays an edit button that takes you directly to the editor. This functioanlity is missing in Storyblok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok has strong multilingual and localisation features, allowing content to be easily translated and organised for different regions. Storyblok makes it easy to create content through its modular content blocks, allowing us to build and manage pages with reusable components.

We've had a fantastic experience using Storyblok the team at Storyblok has been exceptional. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Their support has made our transition to a headless CMS smooth and efficient.

Storyblok is a very modern and easy to use CMS. In the realm of headless CMS systems, this one stands out as a easy to learn and use system, while connections and implementations enable you to connect all relevant systems in your ecosystem. Easy to train colleagues and teams.

Role management and assignment in clustered folder structures could be better

Block system is extensible and flexible. Marketing team now have a lot of control over website presentation.

We have an issue with asset storage but the company is investigating.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the product, it really does fit perfectly with our business and helps us achieve more, quickly. The CMS was easy to implement with thorough guides available, along with development packages to speed this up further. The customer relations team are great, and it really does feel like they listen to you.

It is missing a few features compared to our previous solution, but the future roadmap looks bright and I'm sure these will be added soon.

Storyblok provides an easy to use platform to build out the content for our web platform. With its easy to use API integrations, its simple to integrate with your existing software, and also easy to manage.

Is user friendly, and its interface is intuitive. With the Storyblok CMS we are able to be more independent in the management of our company website

The preview page does not always update.

Storyblok is helping us a lot in managing the CMS relating to our company website, guaranteeing us greater flexibility and significantly reducing intervention times. Furthermore, the structure of the site is now more structured thanks to the use of components aligned with each other
