User-Friendly CMS with Great Agility
What do you like best about the product?
I like Storyblok because it's fast and very easy to use, which helps us manage our company website and make changes easily. The tool saves a lot of the back and forth that comes with traditional CMS, making edits much more straightforward without needing a web developer. It's also really user-friendly, allowing my team to make simple changes as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few basic features like scheduling have moved from the standard tier in the more expensive tiers

I use Storyblok for managing our website, making changes easy. It solves the problem of difficult web edits and is very user-friendly, allowing my team to make changes without a developer, saving time with its fast and easy-to-use system.
User-Friendly and Time-Saving Platform—Highly Recommended!
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok provides a user-friendly interface, really easy to understand & update. Additionally, you don't need an additional hosting server, which saves a lot of time. I strongly recommend Storyblok, must try!!

Pricing is a bit higher for startup clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a developer, it helps me to build a backend CMS faster as it's easy to use. Clear documentation makes it easier to fix the problems.
A Breath of Fresh Air—Exceptionally Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use. Coming from WordPress it's an absolute breath of fresh air.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more field types and I would like conditional fields to be included in the basic paid plan.

The Visual Editor truly stands out—it empowers our marketing team to independently create and update landing pages using the 'Bloks' set up by our developers, so we no longer need to submit tickets for every minor copy or image adjustment. The scalability is also remarkable; even while serving a national audience, the headless architecture ensures our site remains extremely fast, which is vital for our SEO. Additionally, the component-based system helps us maintain consistent branding across hundreds of pages, since we can develop a feature once and reuse it everywhere. In the end, Storyblok seamlessly connects our departments: it provides our developers with the modern tech stack they prefer and gives our content team the visual tools we need to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Metadata and seo structuring should be build into all components. Blocks should be easier to create for non technical users too.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Storyblok for its headless CMS functionalities, which effectively separate content from components, enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of managing digital content. The API offerings are robust, with excellent documentation and a developer experience that really stands out, making integration and usage of the API seamless and straightforward. Setting up Storyblok was notably easy, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly design and implementation process. These aspects collectively improve my workflow and overall satisfaction with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when using SSO with Storyblok, the autogenerated names for users are unattractive and lack personalization. This can be improved by implementing a system that uses real names instead of arbitrary strings, which would offer a more professional and user-friendly experience.

I use Storyblok for its headless CMS functionality, which cleanly separates content from components, enhancing development efficiency with excellent API documentation and a great developer experience.
Empowered Our Team with Flexible Website Management
What do you like best about the product?
Our business moved from hard-coded websites owned by our Engineering / Dev Teams over to Storyblok. We needed more flexibility for how we managed our websites, and Storyblok was a great option for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit of a learning curve for the Marketing Team, so we've had to do a lot of training in-house on the Storyblok platform, but once people are trained, it goes well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok helped us move from hard-coded websites to a website our Marketing Team can manage w/out dev resources.
Effortless Website Building with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for people who don't code websites for a living. There are a lot of features that we utilize and it has been very simple and easy to integrate all of our old files into the new site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes or issues with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok is helping solve the need for 24/7 on-call website assistance. The system is very easy to use and understand.
Streamlines Content Management, But Setup Needs Developer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Storyblok incredibly time-saving because it is easy to use and manage the content for my company's various pages like the homepage, cloud page, product page, and pricing page. The visual editor in Storyblok is fantastic. It allows me to easily organize content and offers the ability to reuse blocks, change the structure, and update the content efficiently. This capability makes my work much more pleasant and straightforward. The ease of organizing and manipulating content through its features makes my work substantially faster. Overall, it's a seamless experience, and I'm pretty much satisfied with how it operates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Storyblok a bit challenging as a marketer. I needed to rely on a developer to set up everything. It would be beneficial if, in the future, a more marketer-friendly setup was available, allowing marketers to manage the setup independently without needing technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Storyblok saves me a lot of time by making content management easy with its fantastic visual editor and reusability of blocks, which speeds up work and makes it more pleasant.
Storyblok makes multi-shop management efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I use Storyblok for the frontend presentation in our online shop and particularly appreciate the ability to manage and edit the content, texts, and presentations of our three different online shops with different language versions easily and clearly through a central backend installation. This saves a lot of time and effort. I find the tidy and intuitive design for backend users extremely useful, as it makes editing the frontend clear. Additionally, it was very easy for our team to work with Storyblok, as it was quick and easy to use after a short training session. Storyblok significantly simplifies the management of our shops, as we only need one technical base that covers all our shops, which also facilitates technical developments in the frontend and allows us to benefit from these developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any negative experiences with Storyblok so far and therefore cannot mention any point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Storyblok simplifies the management of our online shops by allowing content and presentations from different language versions to be clearly edited and output in one backend.
