Hourly software charges apply only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance does not accrue hourly software fees. You may still pay underlying AWS storage costs for the stopped instance. The meter tracks running hours, so powering down pauses the software charge.

- Right-click on the Password Manager Pro Tray icon and click the Password Manager Pro Web Console.
- A browser will be lunched automatically with the Password Manager Pro login screen. 3.Since, the connection is always over secure HTTPS, you'll be prompted to accept the security certificate.
